Very bad service, we placed the order and paid for it and when we returned to pick it up they said that the order did not go out so we should make another one and in a few days they refunded us the money for the first order, anyway... an odyssey that

I order a sandwich without cheese and they put cheese. I am allergic so when I called I was hung up on twice. I spoke to a gentleman who refused to give me his name and told me to just order another one. I called back and spoke to a lady who offered me a credit because she was too busy to send someone back with a new one. When I asked for a refund I was informed she could not do that. I could try back tomorrow. I have never had a issue with them before, whoever these new people are have attitudes and I am now contacting corporate because this is u acceptable and unprofessional.

I usually just order takeout and get the same order every time and every single time they don't put onions. Even the receipt they attach to the box when I go to pick it up says onions, and yet they never put it. Might as well just go to local pizzerias.
