The workers in this store are horrible, they're too busy arguing with each other, they keep you waiting for 15 minutes before they even come to the counter. It's always filthy inside and outside of the store. Today I stopped in to get a hot chocolate and use the restroom, the employee that was working the front counter came out and locked the bathroom right in front of me. When I said something about it he said that the bathrooms were for employees only. Which is a lie because in the state of NY if you sell food you have to have a PUBLIC restroom.

Placed a mobile order as I didn’t have my physical credit card on me. When I arrived at the speaker a very rude worker said “you need to wait 5-10 minutes after you place it”… I said okay and the employee said “yep.” very rudely. I understand if I have ordered multiple items but it was literally just one drink. What would be the difference if I just went up and ordered at the speaker… it would take the same amount of time. I don’t appreciate the service I received today

Absolutely annoyed by this location (James st) I waited 10 minutes to get a coffee, the guy working was great but the fact they had 4 people on and two of the girls were just standing there talking while the middle aged colored guy was doing all the work is bull! Good job to him but the girls should of helped him and learned how to work and talk at the same time.

Dunkin is your usual coffee ☕ shop, good coffee and mediocre donuts. Papa Pizza ? is your run of the mill chain pizza shop. Usual draw if $1.00 slices on Tuesdays.

Such a nice and brand new place . But …. Cleanliness is horrible. Bathrooms are disgusting, filthy. Just look at pics … paper towels are placed on the toilet . Bottle of Hazardous chemicals on the handrail, walls dirty and sticky . Cash register full of dust .It’s so easy to just keeping it clean .

I rarely visit lately as the service, staffing and correct order are all rarely occurring. For the increasingly high cost of fast food in today's world you cannot afford to almost mess up order after order.

Tried to walk in today and the door was locked. Clearly they were open and I went to ask worker if I can order a drink. He was very rude and said we only serve people in cars. I was in walking distance so were other people and he refused to service us. It is the last time we would go there. This is dunkin donuts on James Street syracuse ny

Ordered walk-in through the app to avoid the line, both doors locked, lady at the counter, refuse to open it, and said everyone needs to use the drive-through because they’re understaffed. Late for work, never coming here again.

Got 2 sandwich’s. One with no cheese. The girl who cashed me out got the order wrong and didn’t feel like dealing with it herself, instead she gestured to another employee by pointing at us. The other employee tried to fix it but ended up putting cheese on it again. America runs on Dunkin’? I think not.

Where is a manager when need them? Kick out the horrific rude employees and start putting in good ones. Horrible service, attitude, and nasty swearing rap songs playing there. I feel like calling corporate to get these horrible employees out of there. The food quality is about the same and the workers there are awful and served with hate. They gave me a bad attitude and also put me in a bad attitude when I left. Corporate might as well tear down the whole building. I have been going there a lot but nothing has changed. Hoping for a change of heart for employees.
