Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, egg wrap, hot coffee and carmel ice coffee. Everything was made to order and good! No problems! Staff was friendly! We parked in handicap as my husband has the plates on our car!

This was the second time this happened, so I cannot let it go. I wish there was a 0 rating for service. I walked in to buy a cup of coffee stood 2nd in line for 5 minutes at the counter. Was never looked at or asked for my order. 4 employees running around filling orders from the app or door dash. There are about 8 of those customers standing around also.. This is not progress people, this is chaos. When a person standing at the counter for 5 minutes can't get an order taken because the app and doordash are taking precedence, it's time to walk out which I did. I don't blame the employees. But this is a ridiculous business model.

one of the few dunkins without a drive through. which is why i considered working therefunny story about that actually. so i applied online and then i was contacted for an interview and when i came in they said that i was hired and they gave me the uniform and name tag and all that. i came in for my shift two weeks later and basically (it's too complicated to fully explain) they forgot to finish hiring me.i was told the process was being completed and that i'd be paid for the one day i was working (i wasn't) and to finish the shift and whatnot. so i finished the shift, wasn't contacted again, and still have the uniform.i'm not mad at the employees or dunkin. i'm mad that corporations can get so large that employees are like ants and even where it should be easier (no drive through), employees are still being overworked and dehumanized

I’ve gotten order ahead pick up from here many times before and have never had a problem. Yesterday I placed my order but got caught up and didn’t arrive to pick it up for about 30 minutes. But when I arrived my order wasn’t up there anymore. An employee, named Taylor saw that it had been sitting out there for so long and said she will remake my coffee and it was no problem! She absolutely did not need to do that as it was my fault the coffee had been sitting out for so long. She was very kind and said it happens and she did not mind remaking my order so I would have it iced and the cold foam fresh! I will definitely make it a point to order from here again in the future.

Regular dunkin, nothing too special. Visit for caffeine fuel and caloric fuel! America apparently runs on Dunkin!

I'm a advid coffer drinker and this dd sucks. The coffee is ALWAYS Luke warm or cold and half time donuts are not fully cooked. When u say something to staff or management you are met with nasty attitudes and unprofessionalism. There is another dd down road, no drive thru but the people and food are definitely worth it. We have had a issue not just with food but racism from staff at window handing food out. I highly recommend avoiding this aggressive, lazy, racist n*** employed establishment unless u like being treated like s**** paying to much for shitty service and food.
