The main dude needs to get fired he can’t handle anything past one customer. Ever single time I’m here he says there’s only two people and wants to turn business away only when he works. Get new people asap. He’s super rude and unprofessional

I've gone to the 2723 Brewerton RD location twice between 4am -5am and had to wait for my oder, either due to the slowness of the worker or my order being screwed up.On 3-21, my Peach Sunshine Sparkd was a Berry Burst Sparkd.On 4-14, my frozen mocha had no whipped cream or mocha drizzle.Also, the bagels and croissants are in uncovered bins exposed to the elements.

Overpriced microwave food. Terrible watered down coffee, and slow unatentive service. Not to mention the fact that a gratuity was expected for the privilege of waiting in line for bad service.

It's an interesting experience to say the least.but it has some of the best people and great customer service. You'll be pleased to know that the drive-through time is exceptionally short and very accessible. Coffee is fresh and hot but we all makes mistakes it happens it's a very clean and nice place to get a coffee on your way to work or whenever I definitely recommend this Dunkin!

Hash browns we're hard and I tried calling to inform them about the medium coffee cups leaking by the time I got to work half my coffee was gone no one answered just got bad beeping sound as if it was a fax machine !!! Always been good to me but was disappointed today !!!

Been going here everyday for a year because it’s close to my home and just about everyday I’m needing my coffee remade today I got coffees dropped my husband to work and stopped back to have mine remade with one sip missing I was informed by the manager he would make it this time but the next time if I leave it won’t be remade as a dunkn employee myself this store is in need of a whole new crew the other day I ordered a donut the employee whom was on window got it not only was there frosting all over his had with dirty finger nails but his finger print in my donut and coffees also made wrong that day as well the key to working here is paying attention we pay for what we get so listen and read your labels it will minimize you having to remake drinks also hand out Receipts with orders
