When we were on a budget looking for a good pick me up, my family went here and we're happy to see a clean location and friendly faces. We ordered our food and got taken care of by a very friendly cashier. She helped us with our donuts right away, very friendly. As I added on a last minute item, it was no issue. She was more than happy to add it on for me, no fuss. We then waited for my last minute breakfast sandwich and before we got to the line, our drinks were ready, very fast and on the spot. Very delicious btw and not even 1 minute of waiting and my fresh and warm sandwich was ready. Needless to say we were very pleased and we dined in and enjoyed the whole thing.

My coworker went in the morning of 11/11/23 to get donuts and coffee for the office and the donuts were hard and tasted like they were day old. When she called today at 1245 pm the male on the phone said to call in the morning to talk to a manager when asked the name of the manager or distract manager he said they don't give out that type of information.

Tiny little shop, a little too cramped to sit and eat, but works good for grab and go.
The service was terrible. Mess up my order with no apology. They gave me a cup of water with nothing in it and I order ed hot tea. I went to ask them and they looked at me weirdly, almost like saying how dare you found that out. Before taking my order they were just chatting about random things, I had to stand there and wait until there were done.

They are pretty fast with getting things out, however the system to order on your at the location is terrible. It's built for someone who is behind the counter. The options after you select the food seem like they are extra add-ons which I didn't want so I said no on the kiosk. Well turns out that was choosing the options on the food item so my item basically came with nothing. Very annoying.

Had an offer on my app for a $2 medium iced coffee so you know I had to go get my coffee! Was on a layover here and lucky for me, this location was a short walk from the hotel. I ordered the medium iced coffee with cream and extra mocha. Waited a few minutes then was given my coffee. It DID NOT have enough chocolate for my liking so I asked if they could add more and they were more than happy to do so for me. After that it tasted just how I like it. The reason for taking one star off tho is because when I was standing in line to order, one of the employees took a duster and was dusting the ceiling RIGHT ABOVE THE ESPRESSO MACHINE WHILE COFFEES WERE BEING MADE. That dust could have gotten into someone drink. NOT OK and stuff like that needs to be addressed. Exactly why I waited to order til she was done.

I was on a trip to Syracuse, NY (I live in Canada) and I was like "Why not visit Dunkin'?" so I did. I was with my sisters on Easter after church. The worker gave us a dozen free donuts (I'm assuming because it was easter" but he was a very nice, cool guy.Kid-friendliness: The worker was very nice and polite towards us.

I went to get a Decaf Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, Plain bagel with cream cheese and a chocolate chip muffin. Tammi was nice and helpful she offered to warm up my muffin which made the chocochips melt within the muffin it was like a fresh baked cookie it was perfect. The place was clean the bath room doors were open even having online orders she was attentive to me. Thank you for a great first experience at this location!
