My favorite experience and meal in Syracuse! First off our waitress was amazing, the atmosphere was perfect, and our food was to die for. Definitely worth the visit! Make sure to save room for the dessert there! ?

I just left after having dinner and dessert. Not only was this some of the best food I’ve had, it was the best service! I had the pink vodka ravioli and the coconut butter cake (both 10/10). Sam, our waitress, knew the menu like the back of her hand. I was just accepted into Syracuse university, and not only did she take the time to share and chat with us about the city, but she even left such a kind note on our receipt. Truly such a great experience. Sam was absolutely amazing. Out of all the places I’ve eaten at in Syracuse, I HIGHLY recommend Francesca’s.

My husband came here last minute because of online reviews and they did not disappoint! Incredible food and service. Our waitress Crystal was so sweet and helped make great selections. Their house made pasta and desserts are by far some of the best I have had in my travels. Husband had the chocolate mousse cake and I had the Italian butter cake, make sure you save room!

This was the second time I have eaten at Francesca's. We were a party of 4 and sad to report none of us loved our meals. I had the seafood special. My fault that I didn't ask the price as it was not listed on the menu but I never expected it to be $56! The sauce was a little spicy which the waitress, who by the way was outstanding, did inform me. The large shrimp was over cooked. I never had octopus, but it was good. The pasta was too Al Dante for my liking. My husband had the carbonara which he didn't love. My friend had lobster ravioli but didn't like the vodka sauce and her husband had eggplant parm which he said was OK. The restaurant is very nice with an Italian ambiance. Loved the Ladies room decor. Just wished the food was better for the price we paid.

Hands down the best Italian food in Syracuse. Located on the north side of Syracuse in Syracuse's Italian section this restaurant is authentic Italian. If you're looking for your typical boiler plate spaghetti and meatballs that you can find in any steakhouse or restaurant that "calls" itself Italian, this place probably isn't for you. Francesca's specializes in authentic Italian dishes and one is better than the next. I struggle not ordering what I ordered the last time each time I go there because it's just so darned good. I try to order a different main course each time I go, and. It once have I regretted it. My go to appetizers are the East Utica greens and the Italian wedding soup. I thought about giving only four stars because sometimes it's really hard to get a reservation. But... that would be penalizing them for being so damned good! Give this place a try. You definitely won't regret it.

Second time at Francesca’s first time had very terrible experience but due to my father’s in laws birthday we went and tried it again. This time was much better than last but still only ok. Very expensive for a restaurant that the other tables are right on top of each other and the parking is around the corner. Waitress was fine enough but for the price of the meal I’d be looking for excellent wait staff and it wasn’t that. I will not be returning unless am forced to by someone else’s wishes.
This was one of the best meals ever! Our server was absolutely delightful, friendly, and prompt. She seemed to anticipate our needs every single time. The ambience is perfect here. And the food, well, spectacular is an understatement. Wonderful flavors, everything was super fresh, and the dessert was one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of it L O L. This restaurant is a Syracuse, Italian staple, highly sought after, and worth every penny. Strongly recommend.

My meal came out and my pasta was way under cooked and inedible ,so I had them make me a new one to go since my husband was almost finished with his.When I got home to my surprise they left the most expensive protein out of my pasta which was the scallops. Not sure how and why they would do that, since I still had plenty of scallops left on the dish I sent back. I emailed them two days ago with no response back. Apparently, they must think they don't need to make it right, as any quality business owner would. Extremely disappointed that we spent over $160 and they took our money but did nothing to correct the issue. There is no excuse for not responding and leaving an unhappy customer hanging like that.
