Do not go to this restaurant. I found a bug in my food and brought it to their attention, and they refused to issue a refund or even apologize. I showed him the bug in the food, and the manager laughed it off and said "that's not our bug. " I would not recommend this place to anyone, and will not be returning.

High traffic forces the chefs to burn through supply. The flavor of the lo mein noodles sits at a 7/10, beef & broccoli 7/10, hibachi 7/10 prepared very well and fried chicken wings 8/10

Honestly, HK Takeout might've taken the title for best Chinese restaurant! It is pretty good, I had the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce and it was SUPER GOOD! I really like the flavor inside the food, could've added a few ingredients in there, but overall, it is good!!!

Been going to HK over 20 years as a vegetarian. Never had a problem til the other day and it wasn’t a huge deal. When I brought it to their attention they made it right immediately. The best in syracuse. Maybe the best in the northeast. HK forever. Thank you!!!

I was upset because when I was about to order from the lunch menu, he said........there is no lunch menu. If I wanted it to order, it would have to be from the orders he showed me which was more expensive and no soda with the order. I ordered the spring rolls and that too was expensive. I will not be going there ever!
