The servers that were working while I was at this insomnia location should be fired today. After one woman managed to completely mess up my order I asked for her to give me the cookies that I actually ordered. Not only did she insist that she gave me the right cookies, the other server next to her was basically laughing in my face. Once again I asked to receive the cookies that I ordered and she very rudely refused. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.

Hello I live in Florida , I needed to have cookies delivered to my grandson .who lives in Syracuse I Spoke to a gentleman named Daniel he helped me place my order and pick out the exact box I had seen on their website.He was very polite and professional, he just made the whole ordering experience seem like a breeze.The order arrived within a short time period.The same day as I had requested.And my grandson loved them,I will definitely order from them again . I hope Daniel gets the recognition he deserves for he was truly a blessing.

Loud as hell people working there. Got our order completely wrong and the one girl spit in the trash can next to her right in front of me.... ☎️ "hello health department...." on top of all that we waited 30 minutes and for cookies to be baked and they literally looked me dead in my eyes and handed cookies I ordered to students that came in way after I did and used old incorrect (Not the kind i ordered AND PAYED FOR!!!) cookies AND the wrong ice cream and told me "this is what I did" as if I was supposed to praise her... then she immediately went to help more students before I could ask for a refund.... never going back and I'm debating sending the health department... negative 5 stars

Terrible not because of taste or quality but because they were not open when their business hours stated they would be. I waited outside with a delivery person who was dropping of inventory to their business. He claims this inconsistency happens often. All of the inventory / supplies were unloaded and he had to reload his truck with the delivery because no one was there to open the business.

Came in today to get some cookies for a small birthday party i was holding later. The girls working at the counter were so so sweet and I had them pick a random dozen cookies. They picked out awesome flavors and all cookies were hot, fresh, and perfect! 10/10 customer service today ❤️?
