Put in an online order today #1038645 and it was complete screwed up. Ordered 1 round cheese, 1 pepperoni stuff crust, 1 ceaser wings plain, 1 ceaser wings Buffalo. They totally stiffed me on the stuff crust and the Buffalo wings. Didn't check it at the shop before I left because I had 2 small children who were misbehaving. Tired calling when I got home and noticed but was put on hold for 45min absolutely poor service.

9 times out of 10 the food is good. When I order something other then just regular pepperoni and cheese they make it fresh and it's almost always perfect the one time I got just a pep and a cheese they gave me 2 cheese which I didn't realize until I got home and one was under cooked. The staff seem always distracted and overwhelmed. Though It's been very busy every time I go in to get dinner

I went there to place my order and was told online orders only. I placed my order online and waited over an hour and still did not receive my order. And no refund was provided. No explanation for the delay and no updates as to when the food would be ready. Although I got two emails that said go to the counter because your food is ready. I enjoyed nothing and will never go back to that location!!! Or any other Little Caesars location!!!!

I just brought crazy puffs from the South Salina location and they were extremely good. I went to the West Side location and they were horrible, very dry hardly no sauce the same way they make they pizza, and the dough is never fully done. I will not but from them again

I ordered via phone and I showed up 30 minutes after like instructed and the food wasn’t prepared I stoodIn the store for an additional 30 minutes before asking employee for my food he told me 10 more minutes and I got a bit angry and he attempted to start a physical altercation with me…. They continued to serve food to others and deliberately made me wait…. They’re under staffed and really unprofessional… they also have not clue how to work in the environment they’re employed in

I went in when it cleared out a little bit and the guy said my order would be right up. He then threw in a cheese hot and ready and apologized for the wait. Food was very good!
