I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the McDonald's in Shop City, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First of all, the name "fast food" clearly doesn't apply here because I waited longer for my order than it takes for a sloth to cross the road. I could have grown my own potatoes and raised my own cows in the time it took for them to assemble a simple burger and fries.And speaking of orders, they couldn't get a simple order right if their lives depended on it. I asked for no pickles, and what did I get? A burger drowning in pickles like it was trying to set a new world record for most pickles on a sandwich. And don't even get me started on the fries—they were colder than the Arctic Circle and just as lifeless.But wait, it gets worse. The staff seemed to be operating on a different planet altogether. They were about as helpful as a broken compass in the middle of the desert. No sense of urgency, no sense of customer service, just a bunch of zombies shuffling around behind the counter.Overall, if you value your time, your sanity, and your taste buds, do yourself a favor and steer clear of the McDonald's in Shop City. You'd have better luck finding a gourmet meal in a dumpster behind the restaurant.There was a Manager who was very helpful and thoughtful though, I’m not sure of her name but she was white and had arm tattoos.

Placed a curbside order and after waiting 20 plus minutes I was forced to go inside to check on my order. Was sitting there and nobody took the initiative to bring mey order. Watched countless cars come in after me and leave before I did. Fries were cold and gross as well as the rest of my order. I implore you to stay away from this disaster of a McDonald's.

I will never walk in or drive through this location ever again. I live a few blocks away and this was always a family stop in a pinch. The service and food have gone so far downhill that I will drive 20 minutes away and still make it home faster than waiting on horrible food and the service is just as bad. This has happened 3 times in the past months and now we as a family are done. Save yourself if you are reading this NOT one person behind the counter or even the manager will care if you wait or even if you are not given the food you paid for. I want to give zero stars but it won’t let me…… 45 minutes one a few things that were over cooked…
