The young lady that took our order was courteous, but when we received our fries, they were cold. I went back around and let them know. She took the fries and asked us to pull up, and they would bring fresh fries out. So we waited for a second time only to realize that all they did was put the cold fries back in the hot oil and then return them to us. I should have tasted them immediately, but I never thought they would do something like that. The food was not good today!!

Everytime I order ahead I have to wait 15 plus minutes. This was the 2nd time i tried this one. Why order ahead. 1 car was here ahead of me. The parking lot was empty. 5 cars were behind me in drive thru and left while I waited. My order was simple.No matter the drive thru or curbside. The worst Mc donalds I've been too. I'm Never coming back.

Food delivery is highly unreliable, which is why my go to for ordering out is McDonalds. I order directly through their app and it always comes from this restaurant. For the longest time, orders were filled perfectly. For the last few months, I would have hit the jackpot if my order was correct. Didn't hit the jackpot today either and quite honestly, I am done.This McDonalds seals the bags shut with tape. They are taking accountability for the order being correct. They are NOT taking responsibility for when they mess up. The entirety of that responsibility is being put on DoorDash.I can't afford to keep ordering from this place and not getting what I order.My recommendation: if you want to eat here, only do so in person and don't leave without personally double checking everything.
