It's not a buffet, you need to ask for the food because because you can see what they have, if you ask for pupusas they don't have. Terrible experience.

Great prices, even better food. Four tacos for $10! I can confidently say this is my favorite Latin American cuisine in the Syracuse area. Since my first time visiting only a few months ago, I have been back twice. The shop is always clean, and the staff are so friendly. I highly recommend!
