Decent place, got a lot of hype but ended up feeling just a bit better than most diners to me. We had tried coming once a few years back when visiting cuse but the brunch line was insane. This time we hit it for lunch and it was almost empty. The short rib patty melt was delicious. Matt fries were ok. Again, not bad at all, and price point was pretty solid.

Food was foul, pancakes were actually sour tasting like vinegar was added, omelette was fried in palm oil or something that made it taste like cardboard and the hollandaise sauce was not homemade tasting either, tasted cheesie, we would definitely not recommend this for

In town from Rochester to see a show and wow, this place did not disappoint! The milkshakes were delicious and the food was outstanding! And every one of the staff couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely come back next time we're in town.

Two of us went to the Cicero location March 16. We were greeted and sat in a table quickly as there wasn't really anyone there but a few customers. When we received our drinks, the cups had detergent residue on the rim, we asked for a different cup, waitress came back and it was still present on the cup, we ended up using a straw... food came out rather quickly, we had to ask for napkins and utensils. We saw workers eating behind the counter where they prepare the food for take out. We also saw a worker putting her hair up in a pony tail behind the counter. Then when we were about to leave, we saw one of the cooks with a bushy beard that was not covered. Food was ok, can't really mess up on a grilled cheese and Philly steak sandwiches..lol I do not recommend the one in Cicero.

We arrived shortly after opening and the restaurant was quiet and not busy. We eagerly ordered coffee and asked for time to look at the menu. The coffee took a LONG time to arrive but it was delicious and hot so worth the wait. My husband and I both ordered the Lobster Benedict (#lentenfriday). Our very friendly server returned to tell us that there was only 1 biscuit left so we changed our order ~ 1 Lobster Benedict and a short stack of pancakes to share. I did have a moment's hesitation thinking, hmmm, one biscuit definitely means they weren't made that morning. I was correct. The biscuit was stale. Probably could have been hidden well if it had been warmed up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only disappointment. The poached egg was overcooked so it was more like a hard boiled egg. The lobster too was overcooked. And yet, when the food arrived it wasn't even hot. Seems to beg the question, how does food get overcooked when it isn't even hot? The pancakes were tasty and fluffy and could have been really enjoyable if only real maple syrup accompanied them. The orange juice tasted fresh and was a nice addition. The server's friendliness was the best part of this meal!

This place is okay. Kind of a younger group of employees and crowd. We went on St. Patrick's Day so I don't know if this was extra busy today or not. It took a bit for someone to come out and help us. We were told it was going to take 25 mins for our food. We sat at the bar which was messy. There were dirty bottles/glasses on it. Our food was apparently done for a while because the bar guy finally came with a bag and asked if it was ours. I guess he kept walking by it and didn't realize it was anyone's. We opened our food and it was cold. The staff was nice.

the food is great. the waitresses are really nice but the service is slow. waited about 30 minutes, had been done eating already waiting for the waitress to come by to give us our check or at least check up on us. nice music, good environment and the looks of the building is well put together!

Great breakfast, Awesome waitress. I told them they should create a Dinfest menu (breakfast for dinner). So if you see that in the future, you're

Not the best experience here today. My boyfriend and I arrived at 11:15 on a Saturday (a busy time, I know). They said the wait time would be 30 min. We weren't seated until past 12pm, and then it took another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. I just wish they offered reservations for at least a portion of the dining area. Also, they should hire more waiters as they were all very busy and the hostesses had to help with delivering food. The strawberry waffles were very good. The side of bacon was lacking, but for $3 I guess it was ok.

The food was good. You get a good bit of food. I ordered the Elvis pancakes. They would’ve been a lot better if the bacon wasn’t so salty. The atmosphere was really neat. I enjoyed seeing a vintage cigarette vending machine. Would definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: Lots of food choices that kids would enjoy.
