I ordered my food via UberEats and went to pick it up. I told an employee I was there to pick up my order. I was then told by one of the staff to “confirm my order” as if I was there to steal food. Food is decent but staff is unfriendly.

Went with a couple friends to get the lunch special discount. They took forever to bring out our food, and then we were waiting forever to get the check as well until they told us we have to come up to pay. She charged us the full price despite us ordering before it ended. When confronted, she said simply just said that’s too bad and we’re paying our bill after the special ended. Good food, but trash service and unpleasant wait staff.

SMH! Not happy. How do you spend $30 on food and still get charged to use your card along with taxes?? Yeah, no tip. Shrimp garlic, no spiciness/heat to be found. And it was Sweet! And stop stuffing the bag so full, you can't afford to give another bag?! There was nobody there, so it wasn't busy, why was my order not correct!
Was my Favorite Chinese place ! Until i walked in and watch with my 2 eyes ; 2 pieces of wings fall on the ground and the lady pick them up and put them in my bag! Like come on, very disappointed, and when i called her out , all she said was oh oh sorry , I'll make more ! B YOU BETTER! Chicken Wings

Closest to NYC takeout Chinese food I have found in Syracuse. The General Tsao's Tofu might even be better here! My meat eating friends order it! Dumplings, scallion pancakes and soups are delicious! Definitely a takeaway or their delivery is pretty quick and really friendly. Worth a try!

The food is really good, but they tried to stuff my whole order into one bag, no fortune cookies at all and no crispy noodles, and they only gave me one cup of sauce for three orders of dumplings. My order was for multiple people and the main focus was the dumplings. Without the sauce, the dumplings were very bland. We also had a whole order of teriyaki chicken leak onto everything else because it was stuffed at the top of the bag and stapled through the bag... I'm really heartbroken because I was trying to get this food as something nice for people that I care about. But they fit an extra thing of rice in that I never ordered...

I recently moved to the area for a new job and have been on a hunt for good Chinese. But time and time again I was disappointed. BUT FINALLY! I have found a place that was quick and delicious! The food is so worth the low price! And finally I found I place that does cream cheese wontons justice! Great job! Definitely will be ordering again!

This use to be the best spot, maybe a fluke or something but the dumplings were 30x doughy then dumplings usually are, and the hunan was crazy salty, but ok, the hot and sour soup was good though. Dumplings never again, I hope the Szechuan is still good, best I ever had.
