Original Italian Pizza on South Salina Street in nedrow the worst customer service in the world I ordered my food while I was at work when I get there the lady tells me she cannot find my ticket and that I didn't order it although she repeated the order back to me I asked to speak to the manager the manager was rude I wasted $17 on a meal that I did not receive in an Uber I would never go to them again if there was the last OIP in Syracuse very rude I don't recommend anyone spend their money there

Had great service… my pick up order for my food confused and they switched me to delivery with no problem… food got to my house in 15 minutes and was nice and hot and fresh! OIP you guys rock!!!

Ordered a medium cheese and a medium Tomato Pie. Cheese pizza was great. Next time I'll ask that they bake it longer, to crisp the crust more. Tomato pie had very tasty sauce but, the crust was too thin and undercooked, which caused it to get soggy. Maybe use large dough, to make their medium and again, bake it longer to help the crust stay crispier, longer.

Really good service, but the pizza could be better. Today was my first visit. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza because I choose not to eat meat when I can. The pizza was okay, nothing great. Just a slice without garlic knots filled me because I do not eat much in restaurants. My breakfast, and dinner are both high in fiber. On my next visit, I'll try the pasta with marinara sauce.UPDATE 2020, what happened to the cheese pizza?! The most recent time I order it, the pizza was greasy, and lost much of it's flavor. I've gone to the OIP on Nottingham to order this, that location still makes decent cheese pizza.
Unfortunately, at this location, they burnt my chicken parm and sold it to me anyway. When I got home and opened my package, I was less than pleased

Pizza was pale white with a doughy crust. Employee was very unprofessional when the cashier asked if he could remake it. I specifically asked for pizza to be "well done with a brown crust" when I ordered. Pizza wasn't even done until 20 minutes after the time I was told.
