I had the taste for 6 honey garlic wings and a slice of chicken bacon ranch pizza. I decided to dine in. The customer service from a young lady named Kaylee went above and beyond. Not just for me but for everyone that came through the door.

Pizza wasn't cooked all the way and cheese slid off the pizza. Steak sub had no cheese and I order cheese.

We ordered a med. cheese and pepperoni pizza delivered and it was excellent. The crust was fresh and just the right amount of soft and crispy. All ingredients were delicious. Being from Buffalo NY we are lucky to have great pizzerias and the pie we had here rivaled the best we have had.

Best pizza in town in my words. And the only reason why I eat chicken wings. Everyone is helpful either on the phone or in person.

I love OIP, I am extremely partial to this pizza. They have so many gorgeous flavors to choose from. Whether you are stopping in for a slice, calling to pick up or ordering online to be delivered to your house (my personal favorite), these guys are some of the best in the business. While prices are a little bit higher than your average dominoes, I guarantee that you can't get quality pizza like this elsewhere. I'm not a wing girlie, but my other half EATS THEM UP. The char-broiled option is the way to go for wings, and you probably won't regret adding them on too. Enjoy

Ordered grilled chicken salad.Received wet lettuce and tiny chicken chunks smothered in balsamic vinegrett. It was delivered. They wanted about $24 dollars.I'm so glad I checked food before he left.I said nope. Give me my money back. And take your food back. Or something that resembled food.

Don't get me wrong, their pizza is pretty good. But this place should be named for their wings. Long before I became a wannabe food person in Syracuse, my work did a secret santa gift exchange with like a $15.00 limit. These are pretty low stakes gigs, and I'm sure whatever I got I totally phoned it in. The person who got me said they didn't have the gift available at the time of the exchange, but they'd pick it up during lunch. I think you can imagine where this is going. She came back with a to-go box with a Christmas bow on top and said "Merry Christmas!" At the time, I didn't know a ton of places out in Syracuse so I didn't know the significance. She and everybody who witnessed the exchange had to explain that these aren't just wings, but the best wings in Syracuse. Since then I've gotten wings from no less than 50 restaurants in Syracuse, often chasing leads and seeking out the best wings in town. There's a lot of good wings here, and I hate picking #1 favorites, but hypothetically if I diddddd... Sorry, just lost my train of thought. These wings though, man. Charbroiled just right, and all of them are twice the size of average wings. Look at them in the picture next to the regular sized dippy cup! You could make a meal out of ten of these wings. I used to think they were expensive, but they're kind of tame now since the great wing crash of 2020. The only flavor I wouldn't recommend is the spicy ranch pictured here. It's not really spicy or ranch, it was loaded with salt and pepper and other ambiguous flavors. Maybe we got a bad batch, but we've been fine with all the others. I think after years of getting wings here, we were looking for pizza and realized "Hey, these guys do pizza too." We weren't expecting much. I don't know why, maybe because we didn't need it to be good. We started with the sweety pie one, which was outstanding. The pizza holds its own for sure. I wouldn't call it top tier, but only because of stiff competition. Cup and char pepperoni isn't easy to find in Syracuse. We thought we made a mistake when we ordered the cheesesteak pizza. It looked dry and disappointing, but it was neither. It looks dry because they use American cheese. It was plenty soft, and the American cheese was amazing with the Philly toppings. Never had a Philly pizza like that before, absolutely recommend. I've been to a bunch of the locations, and they all run the same menu and have the same quality food in my experience. Come here for wings. Come back for more wings. Never stop coming here and getting wings. And if the opportunity for a pizza comes up, you'll like that too.
