One of the best spots in Syracuse to get Chinese food and located extremely close to Syracuse University's campus. I would love to dine-in pre COVID with friends because the staff was always so friendly. I have done take out a few times since and the food is always great. I LOVE the little crackers they give you with the dipping sauce for free, but I normally alternate between the chicken or beef with broccoli. The portions are huge and always delicious here :)

We always have lunch or dinner before a Syracuse game at the Dome but since Covid, we haven't been there since last Feb. We finally go up for takeout and I can't believe we waited that long. We tried some closer places but non compare to Panda West. Besides the owner and staff being so kind, their customer service is the best. Hot and Sour soup is perfect consistency and just enough spice. General Tsos Chicken again, the best around. Perfect spice to the sauce, veggies cooked with just enough snap left. We miss dining in but happy to take the drive and give them the business.

Ordered for the first time. Food was ready ahead of time. Worker was super sweet and even gave me an extra cup of soup to keep me warm! Very kind staff and really good food! Will order again.

The best Chinese food in Syracuse and close to campus. The food is never greasy the way it is from other places, and everything is always cooked to perfection- crisp and tasty. I am obsessed with Panda West and years after graduating whenever I come back to campus, I look forward to stopping by here for a meal. The employees here are also genuinely kind people and offer fantastic service.

I love Asian fusion as much as the next guy, but when you are in the mood for some good old fashioned Chinese food Panda West is as good as any place I remeber going to in NYC as a kid. When arriving hot tea and Chinese noodles/chips with duck sauce are placed on the table so you know you are off to go a good start. We were we four for lunch and two of us started with the hot and sour soup (vegetarian, no pork) and it was very good with a nice amount of spice. I ordered chicken in black bean sauce while others at the table ordered vegetable and noodle dishes and we were all very satisfied. Panda West has been serving Chinese food for twenty plus years and although quiet on the Sunday afternoon we were there we hear from others at the University it can be very crowded at times so they must be doing something right!

I have lived in CNY all my life but traveled extensively. My first visit to Angotti's was last weekend. The food and prices are a great value and the sauce is well "the best on the planet". Service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is old school which was fine with me. Simple like when you went to eat years ago. Great meal and a great price. What a wonderful family owned business. The white garlic pizza was the best we've ever had! People who work there treat you like family! I'll be back.

The service here is amazing! The man working the register and taking phone orders is the nicest person ever!!! Food tastes fresh and is very flavorful, and only took 15 minutes after we called to order. He even threw in some extra appetizers for free! Amazing place on Marshall, and not expensive either. Please go support this place!
