We were in syracuse for the weekend and decided to order from here based on the reviews. Our order was delivered late and was missing items (chicken wings and sauces). Grubhub refunded the wings. I ordered a calzone that was so undercooked that it was still the color of raw dough. By the time or order arrived, they were closed, so we were stuck with the awful food.

Best pizza in town!!!! Everything is fresh, the dough is soft and crunchy at the same time. The suace is amazingly superb just the right amount goes onto every pizza. The cheese melts off the bone and is of the hightest quality mozzarella. I recommend this spot to everyone whether it’s the downtown location or the Butternut Street location your in safe hands.

Went to get a chicken parm sub 4pm in the afternoon we don't have any come back tomorrow that's when they make them so I get pie instead but still the young lady behind the counter is rude Saturday I was standing outside waiting on my Chinese and someone who worked at the pizza told me to try it Wednesday came I was I on that side of town took my pizza to probably never go back pizza was decent but all of that wasn't worth it

Easily making the Top 3 best pizzas in Syracuse. I loved the old school menu on the wall and the fact that they had Cherry Coke from the fountain. It def. has an old school vibe. It kind of reminded me of what pizzerias were like growing up in the 80s-90s. The pizzas are thin with a nice crisp on the bottom. I enjoyed the crust, as well. The sauce to cheese ratio was perfect and honestly, the slice ate light. Meaning I had two slices and felt great. I didn't feel bogged down or gross. It's just overall good quality pizza. My only knock would be on the sauce. It was a little one dimensional, but this is a minor critique. I'll definitely be back for a slice the next time I'm in the area. That said, what's so great about Syracuse is that everything is literally about 20 minutes away from wherever you are. I think you should give this a shot if you're in Syracuse and try some of the other big name spots and find your favorite.

I always ask for extra and have complicated orders and it’s never been a problem they are patient and very helpful , I brung my kids trick or treating also here and the manager derek had candy and Pokémon cards for the kids! if you want a family experience go here ! 10/10 all
