I just had the worst take out food I have ever had. Ordered a Buffalo wing and came with red sauce ? Garlic knots were ice cold. I called and the person on the phone admitted that the dough was a few days old? also said it's normal for them to put red sauce on buffalo wing pizza and pretty much said deal with it. I will never order from these guys again. What a waste no refund nor did they replace it. So now I have to find something else for dinner

I've never been here before the pandemic, so I've only seen the place in its current state. There's a door in the front leading to a plexiglass room about the size of a walk-in closet, with a little window for orders. I'd assume most people order ahead if they're going here, but you probably don't want to share that little waiting room with other people, even if there wasn't a pandemic. The place seemed kind of cheap, we honestly weren't expecting much from the food we got. As it turned out though, they make as good a pizza as anyone else. Their pizza is heavy and adequately topped. The only real beef we have is the "Chicago Deep Dish" on their menu. It bothers me that I can't find the picture I took of this, but it's definitely not worth getting a new one to take a new picture. There is absolutely nothing deep dish about this pizza; you don't even see evidence that it was ever intended to be anything but a regular, perhaps slightly puffier round pie. I'm not a pizza snob, but I felt had when I came back just to try this and wound up with a regular pizza. The Meat Mania pizza was our favorite that we had tried. We got wings and ordered them extra crispy, which resulted in perfectly cooked wings. Not knowing what it was, we threw in an order of Bacon Cheese Taters. We almost forgot we were on the south side til we opened up a very heavy to-go box filled with potato wedges absolutely smothered in cheese and bacon. For $6.99, it's the most cost effective way to make sure you are crying by the end of your meal. I think the star of the show here are the Chicken Crunchers. Not to be confused with tenders, these are breaded strips of breast meat, and they give other local alternatives *cough* Tully's *cough* a decent run for their money. The price on these is pretty steep, and we could only really swing the 10 dollars to try four of them. According to their menu, it's 20.99 for 10 of them, which tells me I probably won't be back for more.

If I could give a 0 star I would. It is clear that whoever wrote a 5 star review about this place was either extremely uncultured or out of their mind. This is one of the worst places I have ever tasted in Syracuse, ny. Pizza was very hard and barely had flavor. Chicken tenders tasted like absolute grease and high cholesterol! And they were dry. And the mozzarella sticks?! Hard and stale! I'm pissed I just wasted $40 of my hard earned money to eat this crap!
