The best vegan mac and cheese that I have ever had. I hope this place sees a ton of success in their future and are able to expand as there are not a lot of good vegan options in the area. This one completely surpasses all expectations. The workers are always so kind, offering me samples and letting me try food while I wait for my order! Even my dairy eating friends appreciated the mac and cheese, so it's approved by both sides.

The food here is AMAZING! We had the mac n cheez bites, a chick'n bacon ranch sandwich, the mac n cheez, and we took home some frozen sweet treats, "notzarella" cheez, cheez powder and eggy powder. The chick'n sandwich was unreal! SO delicious! And I wish I would have ordered 100 more mac n cheez bites! Not only was the food incredible but the staff was incredibly kind, engaging us in a fun conversation while we waited for our food. Don't let the location (hidden in a hallway of the Atrium building) keep you from coming here for lunch - once you find this gem there is plenty of seating around the fountains in the downstairs of the building to enjoy your meal. We tried several things from here and I will say that the best things were the Breakfast Mac&Cheeze Burrito (I know!!) and the Fried Mac&Cheeze Bites (do you sense a trend here?). These were insanely good. I would not have the Cheeze Pizza again (this was the most disappointing item), and I think in terms of Mac&Cheeze, I would choose a plainer version. Overall, however, giving this place 5 stars because: 1) the menu is entirely vegan, 2) they have a really fun menu and 3) some key items are really awesome.

Gluten-free vegan mac and cheese is incredible! PMA Foods has an incredible cheese selection! I highly recommend!
The food was amazing and the owner was so nice! He went out of his way to make sure all the food I ordered was compliant with my food allergies. The restaurant was also hard to find, as it is in the atrium building and I called several times for directions and he helped me find him. I also got the frozen homemade cheeses which were a great price and can't wait to try them. If I wasn't just traveling through, I would definitely be back.

Went to PMA Foods today for lunch. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The owner was SUPER helpful, nice, and catering to my food allergies and accommodated our order accordingly. We got the tater tots that seemed to melt in our mouths, frozen homemade cheeses that I can't wait to try, mozzarella sticks (not pictured bc we didn't eat them yet) and he even went out of his way to make us our own custom sandwich that was good for our food allergies. Also really helpful when I got lost in the building trying to find the restaurant lol. If you're in the Syracuse area, definitely check out this vegan restaurant.

They NEED to get better signage because it’s nigh impossible to find the place tucked away in a desolate corner of the building but once you do the food is incredible!! And inexpensive to boot! Plus the customer service is always above and beyond. I loathe parking downtown but I’ll suffer through it for this place.

Oh my, you will not be disappointed!! We live several hours away and weren't quite sure what to expect, but the menu looked good so we decided to go for it and we're so glad we did! Their Mac and Cheez is the absolute best Mac and cheese I've ever had, whether we're talking vegan or nonvegan years. The Mac and Cheez bites- delicious!!! So good with BBQ sauce. And the Fried Chick'n Sandwich was some of the best seitan I've ever had. Great texture and flavor. The two men that work there added to our experience- friendly, happy, comical. We will definitely go back when we're in the area again!
