Tasted like red lobster’s average.Bad service 1/8/23Pre ordered (online), called to confirm what time I would be coming in, they confirmed the time over the phone & email & I had a receipt as it was prepaid. Arrived said they didn’t know when “exactly” I’d be in. Served it 18 minutes late. The server said they pre made it & it would take a while to reheat it.

We went to the Erie Blvd location .We wanted to have a nice dinner with my inlaws for new years eve the service was horrible. Our drinks were not rite we ordered our appetizer never got it .We ordered soup because we were told the salad was sold out by the server and Amy that said she was manager said it went bad so we were told two different things about the salad . The soup was cold we sent it back was told they were heating it up 15 mins went by still didn't get the soup our dinners came out still didn't have our appetizer or soup . Still didn't receive the other drink I ordered .The lady that claimed to be manager Amy could have cared less what our complaints were she didn't want to hear what we were saying at all . This location we always have a problem when it comes to our order this is why we go to the Clay location but we gave the Erie Blvd one a chance but will never go to this one again .The worst customer service we have ever had .We walked out when our food arrived and never received our other things we ordered . This location is a joke .

All was excellent here. The side of broccoli I ordered was a bit skimpy, but the salmon and salad were generous and superbly prepared. Service was very friendly and attentive. Especially if you love seafood and enjoy an "above expectations" atmosphere, this restaurant is worth a visit.

I'll be kind and just say it wasn't our best Red Lobster experience. The food was just ok and the service was sub par. The most pleasant part of the experience was joking around with the four young persons at the host podium.

Food was Good. Service was excellent and waitress attended to every need. No complaints, although others try to say this place went downhill. I don't see it! Not over crowded. Atmosphere was just right! Endless shrimp was amazingly good.

Excellent service! We had a performance to get to and everyone was very dedicated to making sure our food was good and the service exceptional.

I arrived at Red lobster in Liverpool NY, around 2.5 hours before closing. There was only six tables being used. The greeter explained that it would be about 5-10 minutes before we could be seated, Even though the bar area was empty along with 90% of the restaurant. I asked, if we could use the rest room while we waited. I finished first, while my friend was in the ladies restroom, I said hi to another couple that was already seated and waiting for there food. When my friend exited the restroom the manager approached us an said you cannot seat yourself. I explained we were just waiting for each other tho sit the restroom. However, I could not believe that was really his concern, given the restaurant was empty and at that point we had been waiting 20 minutes. I then asked the manager what's the hold up, there's only about 11 people in the restaurant. He said "that they only had one server". This was perplexing since it was a Friday night and the restaurant was open for 2 plus hours before it was scheduled to close. So we waited another 20-30 minutes, again the restaurant was practically empty! I'm sure it wasn't a race issue, but extremely bad management and scheduling of staff, not to mention the manager was very dishonest and unprofessional in his approach to the situation. My family and friends have always been huge supporters of Red Lobster, this was really disheartening. Upon leaving very disappointed, we went TO another restaurant in the area that was almost full and took us in immediately and exhibited excellent customer service. I matched our $200.00 dollar tab with a $200.00 tip. I say this to say, at that point, just basic customer service seemed incredibly awesome, after a nightmare experience at our favorite restaurant Red Lobster! Willie Dowdell [email protected]

Great experience. Good food. Good service. No wait to sit and eat, and never felt rushed to finish. A little pricey, but isn't everything pricey these days.
We have been to the Red Lobster on Erie Blvd many times before with mixed reviews. However, our service from Devon and our food was outstanding when we went for a early dinner yesterday. We were seated right away from Devon who introduced himself and told us that he would be our server. While we looked at the menus, he brought over hot cheddar biscuits. My husband ordered his favorite New England Clam Chowder and the Admiral's Feast and I ordered the Coconut Shrimp. The salads are fresh and plentiful. In the past they seemed to be skimping in the salads but have returned to nice salads again. My husband's soup was very hot just like he likes it. Our meals were hot and delicious and there was plenty for lunch tomorrow. Devon was friendly and attentive. When he was not assisting us, he was cleaning in the area. He is quite the worker!! Red Lobster on Erie Blvd should be grateful to have such a pleasant hard working employee. It was the perfect dining out experience. Thank you!!!

I went there for mothers day it was amazing, took my mom, grandmother, my kids everything was perfect. I went there just last week and it was nothing close to great. Oil was old, and the kids menu was a joke. I paid 8.99 for a stick of shrimp that had no side I had to share my soup, and pasta .
