First time in, met a friend for coffee. We were informed it closed at 2pm, but the Google Site says 3pm. We suggested they alter the hours. The woman told us she has nothing to do with it! REALLY?! We left and went to Panera to continue our meeting. Disappointing.

I love rise and grind! Such a great atmosphere to meet a friend and talk, get some work done, or sit by the fireplace and read a book. The coffee is great and the pastries are excellent! There are breakfast sandwiches and light food items too. I only wish they were open later on the weekends, I can hang out here for hours.

No prices on menu? A piece of avacado toast was over $10. A cookie, ONE small cookie, was $5? Seriously? It's not a bakery, and you could to to any bakery and get a BIG (and much better) cookie for less than $2. I like to support local, but not when the local shops dont support you back with fair and transparent prices. I recommend dunkin or someplace else.

My husband and I hosted a get together at Rise and Grind for our small group of friends and family after our daughter’s baptism. The owner was very kind and responsive when planning this ahead of time via email. The day of our get together, we had tables reserved for our party and a tray of delicious assorted baked goods. The staff present that day were incredibly accommodating and kind to our group. Everyone had a great time and kept commenting how delicious the baked goods, coffee drinks, and separately ordered sandwiches were. (My favorite was the egg nog iced latte). We are very appreciative for everyone at Rise and Grind for making this such a memorable experience!

I love going to this cafe. The girls are always so nice and attentive. They know most of their customers by name. The coffee can be a bit strong so I just ask for extra pumps of flavor or whipped cream to help out. The sweets are to die for. The French toast muffin and coffee cake are amazingly delicious. Will definitely return.

I was very excited to give this cafe a shot. At first glance it is esthetically cute inside. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The lady who took my order was not friendly at all. She was quiet and miserable. I ordered a panini and medium latte. The total came to about $20 after the tip. The latte was super bitter and sour. I brought it to the batista's attention and she didn't have much to say. So, I ordered another drink. She charged me for that one as well! That immediately threw me off because I didn't even drink the first one as it was terrible and out of courtesy I would hope they would replace it. It didn't stop there though, she took forever making a new one. She kept taking other orders and making other drinks before mine. I waited at least 10-15 minutes. I felt as if she did that on purpose. It wasn't even very busy. Finally I get my new drink, it was better but still very bitter. All during this time I was also still waiting for my panini. When it finally came out it was soggy and had maybe three pieces of Spinach in it. Overall, the experience was terrible. I am now out about $30 for a small soggy panini and a medium latte. I am very disappointed and hope they only do better.

I want to start off by saying it’s a cute little shop but as a business owner I know that you cater to your customers. I initially ordered the Carmel Apple Latte, it was extremely sour and there was no sweetness from the Carmel. It tasted like they put apple cider and coffee together. After the first sip I know that I could not continue to drink it. I apologized to the cashier and explained that I didn’t like the taste. I then ordered the Cinnamon Bun Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Foam and they charged me for cinnamon and Vanilla Cold Foam, which in my opinion it should be included if that’s the drink you have on the menu. So instead of replacing my drink I payed another $8 on top of my original order, and I tipped on my original order. The whole thing was very disappointing and confusing. I won’t be returning there, nor will I recommend this place.
