This was definitely worth the hour and a half drive! Amazing food, and we tried a lot of different things, amazing flights, and the staff were so friendly and personable! Will definitely be returning for sure!!!!

Staff was not friendly. No one was at the entrance taking care of the people walking in. One of the waitresses told us that the wait would be 4 hours, took our number and never contacted us. VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this place.

A friend recommended this place. I called to see if they take reservations and they said no, just call ahead seating. The staff I spoke to told me seats fill up very quick so call the moment they open. SO, bright and early on a Saturday morning I was up and calling at 7a (that is when they open). I connected several times, phone would ring ring ring but no answer, then would switch to a busy signal. I FINALLY got through to an actual person at 723 and the only seating they had left was either 9a or after 230. I was traveling an hour and a half from another town and had to schedule seating around another appointment, that was the only reason I was going to be in SYR. You are telling me that after calling several times, as instructed, getting a ringing but no answer, that all the tables were booked? There has to be a better system. Maybe put more employees on to answer all the calls coming in? I could even hear the phone ringing in the background as I was talking to the guy. Now, after reading all of the other reviews, I can see why. They don't do takeout when most people want it, the wait time is horrendous, it is impossible to get through even after calling for 20 min straight - more than ridiculous; No place is worth that.

I love this spot but it is always packed! You have to wait because they do not take reservations it's first come first serve. The food is eclectic and delish! I love their cocoabombed hot chocolate ( I named them)

While the food is very good and their delivery during this time is excellent, I find myself not wanting to branch out from my go-to because I'm the kind of person who can't eat stuff that's too sweet (which Rise N Shine excels in). Not a bad thing if that's your vibe, but not necessarily a place to take your mother-in-law who's super into the health-food lifestyle.

While there is a new location in Westcott which is also great, the original location is a tiny little shack with a fun aesthetic. They are known for their crazy speciality hot chocolates and they are amazing! So many different options and all are great. Their portions are hefty so come hungry! There are two different pancakes pictured and both were awesome. It does get really busy and because it's a small location there can be kind of a long wait. Overall, a fun spot!

Had our first experience here earlier today. This place is INCREDIBLE. 12/10 recommend. Portions are great, creative menu, wide variety, delicious! We will be coming for sure

2nd or 3rd time here for Breakfast. Everything is made fresh and delicious. Lol... The dining room Is small and now with Covid even longer wait times but they will text you when your table is ready. Staff is great and extremely cordial. When you go make sure you are hungry as portions are generous.

We had breakfast Sunday morning and it was an amazing experience! The heated outdoor seating was wonderful! Our waitress was amazing and so was our food ! Will definitely be going back again !
