Surprisingly really good food for an average hotel. They’re always busy but the staff is friendly and tries their best to keep up. Prices are fair and I’ve yet to have a bad meal here.

I was hesitant to eat here after reading the reviews but decided to try it anyway. We were pleasantly surprised at the great options and pleasant service. Although not a gourmet restaurant, we had plenty of options and everything we ordered was delicious. Definitely a nice vibe too!

The food, ambience, service was on point, especially after the horrible experience I had at the Hotel. The food is really good. It was the perfect start to our Friday Night!

I wanted to love this restaurant but unfortunately our food came with mold. We were staying at the Sheraton and ordered room service. When we opened the fruits they were all filled with fuzzy mold and I was gagging.

We were tired & hungry having arrived at the connected hotel late on a Friday, and Citrus was just where and what we needed to eat and have a drink after driving to Syracuse. Our waitress was good and the food was too, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again when staying at the hotel. I'll grab a pic of the menu next time as it's nowhere to be found online. ~ Vegetarian friendly options ~

Arrived at hotel after a full day of driving, so didn't feel like venturing out for dinner. The food was ok. Burger was over-cooked and cheese wasn't melted. Onion rings were good. My expectations were low, and they were met.

Great food! My burger was perfect, the fries amazing, and the Mac & Cheese was insane. Great prices - we had the best meal of our trip!

Upon walking in and sitting at the communal table at 8ish on a Saturday, the waitress came rushing over and asked to be sure we weren’t there to order food. So, once we told her we weren’t she then insisted we must go up to bar and order drinks. That was fine but she was very abrupt and didn’t come across very welcoming. We ordered one round of drinks and just as we were about to leave a rough looking group walked in, somewhat intimidating as the passed by and went directly to the bar where the bartender apparently knew them and suggested they were not in the right type of establishment. Being out of town guests at the hotel, and already feeling questionable about this area of town, made it all seem a bit more sketchy.

Located in the Sheraton, Sitrus on the Hill is a nice restaurant serving American food featuring a bar. Both normal tables and casual bar seating are available. The food was tasty but not anything spectacular. Prices were extremely reasonable. Service was notably okay.

Great spot, good food, cool vibe. ....sesame tuna was fantastic, Shannon our bartender made our night, she was slammed with campus visitors but made it fun.

First time in Syracuse for business. Stayed at the Sheraton and was pleasantly surprised how great the service (Sharon) and food was. I ate here twice, at lunch had the burger cooked perfectly paired with delicious fries, during dinner I had the shrimp cocktail and delmonico steak. Food was fresh and delicious. The local IPAs on draft complimented my meals. Great ambiance and friendly patrons. Otto the mascot even made a camio during dinner. Go Orangeman!

Every Wednesday, Gary and Arty play great tunes from the past 60 years. Nice crowd and staff. They have been doing it for the past 20 years.

For a hotel bar, the food selection is great. I end up eating here at least once a week.
