Awful customer service, no help to be found behind counter during busiest time of day. When I finally did yell for help the girl was rude, unprofessional and not the least bit apologetic for the wait. This location used to have great service but has gradually decreased the last few years. Will not return.

Extremely impressed with the service I received. Mainly being an ex supervisor for this location. The man who was working listened to me with exactly how I wanted my sub done. He did not try to argue and say it should be done this way. Was also nice to know I taught him a new setting on the toaster over. I'm sure he'll impress more costumers as time goes on.

Very unpleased with the women behind the counter. My daughter was having trouble describing what she wanted to order and the women wouldn’t be more bothered. Didn’t offer to assist us with the menu and made us feel extremely unwanted. Will not be returning to this location.
We have been visiting this fast food restaurant a few times during our stay in Syracuse. Subs have been very delicious and staff ( Aaliyah ) has been very lovely.

Usually would never give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant or anything of the sort but wanted to give a shout out to the employee who stepped up handled business when it was needed! Tyrell, I think that was his name, had to take over as his coworker had cut herself and needed to leave work. This was shortly before I came into the store. Another party entered behind me with one customer and then shortly after that a group of about five young gentleman came in and the line was starting to back up quickly. The couple that was ordering, seem to be ordering 6 or so Subs. He kept his cool, made the sandwiches pretty efficiently, and moved on to the next customer. Meanwhile oh, he had coordinated to get someone else to come in and help... By the time that person had arrived, which was not very long, he had made it threw myself in about three-quarters of the line! This gentleman needs to be recognized for his hard work and dedication and for keeping his cool when customer service was needed most! I really hope other young adults his age can follow suit. Great job Tyrrell, and all the other folks who work at Subway of Camillus.

If you have never tried your sub on flat bread, you should! Even though the ratio of fillings is the same, it seems like more on the flat bread.

I went in today to order a salad and Savannah, the supervisor, came out to do my order. She was literally the most rude customer service employee I have ever encountered. She barely even made eye contact with me and when she did she was just rolling her eyes. It was loud so I couldn’t hear her and when I asked her to repeat herself she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude like I was bothering her. When I was checking out, she was walking away to the back as she was still putting the change in my hand. I love subway but I will not be returning to this location.
