I've gotten takeout here a few times and it's never been worth the price. This is a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant that doesn't do either well. The chicken satay lacks flavor. The bún bò huế was the worst I've ever had. The staff is nice, but the food is mediocre at best.

Stopped in after Cuse football. Matty, our server was kind and attentive! Food was excellent: apps spring rolls and dumplings-spring rolls good but dumplings stole the show! For dinner we had pad Thai and garlic shrimp-the veggies were fresh and well-prepared. Just delicious all around. And quite inexpensive. The owner spoke to us to after we had finished-very nice. Kudos.

Amazing restaurant! The owner is super friendly and had a small chat with me while putting in my order. All the waitresses are amazing as well, they clearly love what they're doing and it shows! Prices are cheap, the portions are fantastic, and the food is heavenly! I cannot recommend enough!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I visited with my family, and while the staff at the counter were initially decent, the overall experience left much to be desired. It took quite some time for our food to arrive, and during the wait, there were unruly kids screaming and running around, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. When our food finally arrived, the portion size was disappointingly small, and the taste was just average. Considering the abundance of better dining options in Syracuse, this place certainly doesn't justify leaving a tip or spending your money.

Amazing food and staff. The hard work this small business puts into its dishes shows. I’d rather spend my money here than a chain restaurant any day, even if it means waiting an extra five minutes for our food during a rush. The kids, if there, are always friendly and helpful and the owner will always stop for a chat even when busy which says a lot. I recommend going for a big lunch with friends, that way you can try everything! Pad Thai, Pho, basil rolls and fried calamari are among my favs.Vegetarian options: Any dish just about can be made vegetarianDietary restrictions: Vegan and GF optionsKid-friendliness: High chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Such a cute restaurant with amazing and friendly staff. I had the chicken basil fried rice and it was so delicious. Boba is cheaper and better than high tea and they have so many popping boba options! Def coming back :)

Becka remade another drink for me because I didn't prefer the taste of my first drink. There wasn't any hassle and they gave me no issues. Super helpful, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

The dumplings , pad Thai, yellow curry were good. Especially I had the best dumplings in USA. The hot and sour soup was waste. It tasted really bad . It was supposed to be chicken soup but it had the strong gamey flavour . We completely just left the soup after taking a sip. It also has lot of vegetarian options. We would have ordered some other soup if we had enough time to review the menu. Having tasted authentic Thai dishes in east Asian countries , I think they match up to the taste definitely .Food -4/5Hospitality(other than servers)- 0/5Service(by server)-5/5Soup -0/5Ambience -3/5Vegetarian options: Lot of options available

Out of all the times I've been here I've had nothing but a great experience! The owner is a kind man who takes time to talk to his patrons and actually tries to remember them which many don't. The staff are attentive and will address any concerns you have in a timely manner. The food is good and always delicious. I love the Yellow curry and for $13-18 depending on if you add additional proteins it's a heafty serving that can keep you going for the day. Please remember this is NOT a chain restaurant this is a family owned one and they do their best! The parking is horrible but that's just Marshal street in general. The negative reviews you see don't seem legit or even valid from my 2+ years coming to this establishment not once have I seen any type of insect or any health concern the restaurant is always clean and welcoming.
