Kids enjoy the tea. The prices reflect being close to a pretentious campus. That's their problem.

I’ve been to this location twice the first time was a phenomenal experience. However, I ordered the same meal again and for $30 I received less portion when ordering the same exact meal. Also the broth tasted different this time so consistency could be questionable.

Way way overpriced. Very small portions. Took 30 mins to get a poke bowl. $15 for no more than 2oz of protein. I sent it back and they doubled the size, but not going back.

We come here often and this trip my daughter didn’t like her drink she ordered at all, so asked if it was possible to get a different one and they refused- poor customer service.

First time there, Jenn talked us through ordering and double checked our bag to make sure everything was there. Absolutely delicious, fresh food. Will definitely return for eat-in. The restaurant was very clean, airy and nicely decorated. We do take-out maybe 3X a year, so we were extremely happy with the quality of food and service. Highly recommend!

Good (large) environment inside, good location for another bubble tea spot, decent bubble tea, wouldn't get the food again, could be a more helpful/friendly service. Decent overall, would return again for bubble tea because of the ideal location and decent bubble tea.

Drinks are good. That's what we order when we go, but one time we tried the noodles, it's wasn't that good.

Honestly my go to place for food and boba. Good quality at a decent price. As well Philip one of the workers is really good and welcoming as well as remembers orders so good to y’all for having him. Based on Philip you know they take their customer service seriously. Don’t miss out yall.

Yummy tea, love the tapioca balls. Staff was quick with my order. Setting was cool and vibe-y.

Pretty nuts how I waited 30 minutes for my burrito when I was one of 5 people in the store. Absurd..

I have been sick every time I eat here. Then I realized they put pork bone in all miso broth and I am vegan. When I confront manager he replied as he screamed at one of the workers , no pork in miso broth, but the worker responded with yes there is pork in all miso broth. I said when the manger lies , how can I trust to eat here, and he replied "we don't care if you don't "

That Chick Who Reviews Things

Ok so I orders the following off the card: Taichi Rice Bowl. I was given this. Now I would expect a bit more than 1 scoop of rice for a rice bowl. We also ordered a Chicken rice bowl and that was about 2/3 rice so I don’t know where the disconnect went. The chicken was much to be desired. Very chewy and tasted reheated and added more sauce to cover the taste. In all honesty I’m writing this and going back to see what they do about the side of rice rice bowl I got and I will update the review to reflect as such. The boba was very good. A very solid Thai tea with good chewy boba. The mango fruit tea is very solid as well and the mango jelly was very good as well. Can’t knock them on the tea aspect. If I do go back I will only go for tea and forgo the food.Edit: I was informed a Poke Rice Bowl comes with 1 scoop of rice. This will be taken note of and that was the only thing they fixed. The chicken bowl was left in edited and unfixed.

Food was fresh and very tasty. I was surprised the rice bowl ingredients were all served cold, but were still tasty. The biggest disappointment was the pitiful little pinch of 4 chicken strips and quarter cup of shrimp for the outrageous price of $14. Barely worth the price. The veggie and fruit options were also very sparse and barely filled half the container. They would probably be way more popular at 1/3 less cost per dish, they don't appear to have enough overhead to justify the price as it is.
