I used to love this place, but the last few times I've ordered, it has been far below what I was accustomed to from them. There was a gentleman there before us who ordered about $30 of food by himself was yelled at and told to leave, and he couldn't eat there because they were closing in 35 minutes. My hot and sour soup, which is the last I'll order from them, had a bamboo shoot and a carrot in it and broth. Soooo disappointed. And no fortune cookies!

so I almost didn't order here... as my husband went in I read the reviews and was to late to stop him because of the handful of bad reviews. I have no idea why they got them but this place was delicious. the ingredients were on point. I was so surprised to find a restaurant actually using such impressive ingredients. my favorite was the hot oil wanton which I will be dreaming about tonight... I'm all the way in Rome ny and want to drive back over for another order or 2 lol. the beef hot oil soup is so full of meat and flavor. this is the first time I've ever regretted reading reviews. give them a try and see for yourself. absolutely scrumptious.

I had to give at least 1 star to comment. This is THE most disgusting food I have ever tasted!! The rice is not fresh. It is white rice with something poured on it to turn it brown and has no taste and is mush, yes i do mean literal mush. The chicken has some kind of sticky thick sauce poured over it, not tossed and covered. Also the sauce was so thick its congealed with the pieces of chicken in it sliding out it one huge glob. Called and spoke to woman who hung up on me. So I came to leave a review and a box immediately popped up that said No Refunds, No exchanges etc. why does that not surprise me?? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ????? I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.. I couldn’t even give this away just now. YUCK!!

IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT EAT HERE. At first I thought the lady just had a bad attitude. Until several times I observed her being nice to whites and Asians and giving anyone black attitude, bad,cold, or stale food, and often ignores them. She told me I was a bad person because I told her my food was cold -_- I was fed up and convinced she's prejudiced. So one day my friend and I tested it. She's white and went in first and ordered. I came in a few minutes later and ordered the same thing. Mine was stale and cold. Hers was fresh and hot. She got a smile. I got an attitude. Again... If you are black please don't eat here. WE ARE NOT WELCOME!

So, this place has a lot of love it or hate it reviews... But I'll just say that the food was absolutely delicious. And the service was quick and to the point. Not particularly friendly, also not rude. Just very efficient and to the point. Welcome, here's your table, here's menus, take your oder, here's your food. If you aren't into small talk and pleasantries, love salty Chinese food that's fresh... This place is for you. Will Def go again if I'm back in Syracuse.

When you run a business and someone calls to ask if you're open and if you a serving ala carte or buffet. You should answer without hanging up on them.I was going to come and order food, but know? Nah, this lady caused a NO SALE.

I am here on lay-over and found them online since they were close to my hotel. I called to ask about the lunch specials and was hung up on. I walked over and because I was late by 5 minutes they refused honor their lunch special. A very nice lady that was visiting them and helping out tried to assist but the same rude lady yelled that I can get the combos that were priced to twice as much. As a flight attendant I will definitely be letting all of my fellow inflight about the unfair service of the establishment.
The few times I ordered the food was delicious. However the sesame chicken was chewy and old and one piece had a bone in it.

The fried rice tasted old, the shrimp in the shrimp&broccoli were all baby shrimp and they were mushy and had a bad taste to them. The best part of the meal was the broccoli. I had bad food there before the remodel and decided to try again smh. Waste of

Waited nearly 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me when entering to pick up. I was the only person there.Lady handed me a bag and turned away without a word. Even after I complimented the dining room.Food is salty and the Lo mein tastes like burnt oil. Wish this place was good since it's close but I'll not give them my business again.
