Food is great! It’s a super large resturaunt to accommodate the numbers in the mall. However, the food does take a bit because of how busy this place constantly is. The workers do their best though and they’re extremely kind!

Have dined here several times. Always had a great food experience. Great recipes, yummy selections, good size portions, and of course huge selection of scrumptious cheesecakes. Very friendly, efficient service with wait staff that always seems very caring that you have a good dining experience. A got a chuckle sort of from the young man who seated me today, however, because he kept repeatedly trying to explain how the weather today is bipolar - maybe he's a budding standup comic or something, but I don't know that you can use bipolar to describe the weather, unless you are using that term to describe both the north and south poles, lol. But eventually something about the way this fellow kept talking was starting to make me a little uncomfortable, when luckily my server came along and rescued me from the situation.

Would’ve given 5 starts but a bottle broke next to us and splinters went u see my table and I to my wife’s hair. The employee was very attentive and got to cleaning right away. What got me was he was on the floor with towels and not a mob or even wearing gloves. The Manager as I can see is proud and walks around with a chip on his shoulder too good to greet customers. Just my experience and the worst one yet at a Cheesecake Factory. That’s all.

So if you have sensitive eyes or a sensitive stomache don’t look, but the only thing I ate yesterday was Cheesecake Factory and I didn’t feel good after went home and when I woke up this morning I threw all of it up. Coming from someone who doesn’t throw up and that being the only thing I ate yesterday I would say that has to be why I threw up. When I was there my food wasn’t that great nor was my sisters food either and the service was okay but the server wasn’t very talkative as well as it’s kinda dark in there. Overall not a great experience for it being my first time ever eating there. Dont personally recommend this place I also never right reviews but after throwing up I thought I should share my experience.

Eight of us went for a girls night. One of our dinners came out incorrect. It was sent back. The manager came over and apologized and offered her a drink. She accepted but we had to ask for the drink about a half hour later. Her food didn't come back out until after our desserts came out. Not very customer service oriented.
Ordered eggs over medium with the white completely cooked. Received them fried on one side and then flipped and put on the plate. White was all runny. The potatoes were overcooked and there weren't any onions with them. The ham was cooked hard on the edges but was good in the middle. All the other people in my party had a good experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to have good access.

Big, big selection. Had creamy chicken soup, but didn't care for all the red peppers. Drowned out the rest of the soup, ice balanced chicken salad, caesar salad heavy on garlic.Parking: Mall parking ample.
