First time experience at their new location was positive. Neat, clean, pleasant and good food (veggie pizza). Looking 4ward to regular visits, especially when they start serving ice cream in the spring.

I order from this place all the time as i live around the corner, but the quality of food has taken a severe nose dive. We ordered boneless wings that were rock hard way over cooked, the Cajun chicken pasta tasted like Alfredo with old bay seasoning and too much of it, barely edible. My wife’s spinach artichoke dip was basically only mozzarella cheese melted and only had a handful of chips in it.Was told that it would be ready in 35 minutes. I waited an hour and 20 minutes. 45 minutes of it in the store.This place was great when the menu was smaller and the staff cared. Now you go in there and they mope around and disappear into the back with multiple orders up.Young lady at the front didn’t seem to really care either, she was busy making a tik tok dance.It’s disappointing because the owner is very nice. I think he needs to hire staff that care.The food used to be amazing.

We ordered from here very often. I used to love their food, the delivery wait time has always been around 60 to 70mins. Unfortunately after tonight's events, we will no longer be customers at this place. After waiting 2hrs for our food, calling and telling them we want our money back. We were promised fresh food and it'd be here in 10mins. Well, the food was NOT fresh. We could 100% tell that it was re warmed. We were looking forward to dessert, which was the fried dough bites, but they were cold and too tough to eat. Very very disappointed with our experience tonight..

So last night we ordered a haddock dinner, shrimp dinner, clam strip dinner, and a order of fried mushrooms. The only thing done right was the shrimp dinner. The fish was dry and overcooked. The clam strips were way over cooked, tough and rubbery, and you could literally taste the oil in the batter. They tasted about 6 hours old. To top it off they substituted my mushrooms with fried cauliflower, as if I wouldn't notice. Complete waste of $50. I'm originally from New England so I know good seafood and this was by far the worst seafood I've ever had. It won't happen again!

I never write reviews but I feel it’s necessary. Ordered from here for the first time and it literally was one of the worst experiences ever. Everything was cold. The lettuce on my gyro was rotten/ slimy. The fried pickles tasted strange and ice cold. The Bavarian pretzels were good . edible but the baked ziti was horrendous. I spent $68.00 on this. People need to be aware.. I wasted hard earned money.

There’s a guy with glasses that works in the front who is very friendly. Their food is either really good, or bad. 2 times I found mini hair in my slices of pizza. Every other time the pizza was great. Sausage, buffalo chicken, pepperoni to be exact. The square pizza is a so-so depends on how long it’s been out. They seem to all work very hard which is awesome. Garlic bread knots are top tier!

We ordered from here often after last night we won’t be ordering again. Everything was burnt when I called to let them know she was apologetic and said they could remake the food. We waited over an hour my son needed to go to bed. I said I would rather not she put me on hold came back to the phone and said we either remake it or you can have 25% off next time! Our bill was almost 70 dollars. They should have been ashamed sending out food like that.

We got a cheese sheet pizza which was OK as well as the Buffalo chicken wing pizza. But the garlic knots were cold as well as the mozzarella sticks which also had a very spicy salsa to dip them in instead of marinara. We will try again because it was only our first time so hopefully the second time around will be better.

I use to love this place. I gave it a 3 cause I can't a 2.5 for them wings is on point. Its just every time my pizza come its cold never hot sometimes the dough taste old where its hard to bite the pizza. So I end up not ordering for a longgggg time. But if you want some bangin wings definetly go to pizza cutters!
Employees should be informed that carry-outs are priority. It’s never good to have people sitting in the lobby for more than 30 minutes, especially for a single item. This happens every single time I come in. Food is good but not at all worth the wait.

Edit: 6/6/22 I have gotten assurances from the co-owner that the problems will be rectified. The food is really good and I hope they are able to work out their issues!Every single time we order from The Pizza Cutters something is missing. A side salad, fries, fried mushrooms now risotto balls. The food is pretty good but you wind up paying for something that is left out of your order. With tip and cost of the risotto balls they got an extra $10.99 from our pick up order.The cashier said she tried to call me to let me know they didn’t have risotto balls, yet I received no phone call but I was still charged for it! Supposedly I will be getting a refund.

Yesterday I ordered for the first time and am so happy I did. I ordered the Greek Calzone which was huge. It was beautifully seasoned and the ingredients were plentiful. I ordered wings and asked which ones would not be spicy..The young lady taking my order mentioned the salt and pepper wings. I asked if they were a wet or dry wing. She checked and was told it was a wet wing. That was the only hiccup. It is definitely a dry wing. They were good but I prefer a wet wing. I look forward to going back very soon. The menu IS VERY EXTENSIVE .
