In town working and staying at a nearby hotel. Ordered the Margherita Pizza. Drove to pickup and it was almost out of the oven when I arrived. The lady pulled it out and handed it over. Drove back to my hotel room to discover I actually received a half cheese/half something else and it appears to be the $2 extra heart shape. Sorry to the Valentines that didn’t get this pizza. I called in to let the store know I received the wrong pizza. The lady asked if I wanted them to make my pizza again and I told her I didn’t really feel like driving back to the store. She offered a full refund.The staff was very friendly.I did eat one each of the two kinds of pizza and they both were really tasty.Since the staff was so friendly and also credited me a full refund I will bump all categories up a star when I get my refund.I would still give this place a try if I am ever back in town because I think it had great potential!!

No standards or consistency. Every boom boom chicken pizza has been different. This is what is advertised (pic) and this is how it is every. single. time. (Pic) Sometimes even with no sauce. Never again. Disappointed every time.You might as well just order a cheese pizza, go in- and ASK for the sauce as I did last time for pick up.

Good slices, like anywhere else though if they are fresh and the owner actually heats them up. Whole pie is pretty good. Wings are cooked well, just a little drier than I'd like them to beIt's a shame because like I said the slices and whole pies are good, but it seems like they're doing everything they can to tank the business
Consideration is everything in the restaurant industry. We should be considerate of guest needs and that being my first visit ever, despite seeing the overall 3 stars reviews here I think itll have to remain at 3 stars as all I wanted to try was their popular everything wings. The wings were good but 1 flat out of 10 wings??I get how some people pay extra for all flats leaving the next guy with an off balance order of half drums and half flats. But the restaurant charges you extra to make up for the loss and or imbalance of wings for an unmodified order.Consideration is something that starts at the base. Being whoever cooked up the wings couldve just not cared and didnt even attempt to balance the wing order. 9 drums. 1 flat. This was sad

I order from here all the time and their food is ABSOLUTEY delicious!!!! The staff is wonderful and their array of food is amazing!!
I ordered via door dash so I have not actually been to the location. However after eating the food, half cold die to delivery, I would heartily recommend. I ordered a personal Chicago style with pepperoni and mushroom and 10 of the sweet heat wings.The wing sauce was amazing. Perfect balance of sweet and heat. I never felt like either flavor was over powering. They also deep fried the wings very well. These guys still had crunch when I got them and they didn't taste burned or over cooked.The pizza was wonderful as well. The crust was soft and fluffy while still having a crunch, the sauce was very well seasoned and the topping portioning/ratio was excellent. My only ONLY complaint is that it felt more akin to a thick crust pizza than it did to the Chicago pies I have had in Chicago. This won't stop me from destroying my leftovers, and certainly won't stop me from coming back. I love Sicilian style pizza and Chicago style, this felt like a mix of both.Please keep in mind that the photos taken were after a slow delivery on a very cold day.

We waited one hour and forty five minutes for a small pizza. The pizza was cold and looked like a cardboard personal pan pizza. This was a very poor first experience with Pizza Cutters !
