Just get a microwave dinner and eat it off the floor at home. This place is dirty. Ownership are two goofs who have no business in the industry. Food is about half a star. Waitresses are woof.

When The Preserve first opened, I read several articles about the restaurant that peaked my interest. But, today was the first chance I've had to stop here for lunch. The decor is modern, you might even say chic, and most of the patrons we're young adults having a good time eating and drinking with friends. I ordered a cheeseburger with french fries. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the bright, cheerful environment. The burger was not overcooked, but it was under seasoned and quite dry. My guess is they use very lean chopped beef, accounting for dryness and lack of flavor of the patty. The even char on the surface combined with the lack of distinct grill-bar marks suggest they cook their burgers on a flat-top grill. The french fries were warm and creamy inside, but quite limp on the outside. So, that was another disappointment. My server was busy but efficient. When I asked her how the burgers were cooked, she said she didn't know whether they were griddled or flame grilled. This must mean the servers never set foot in the kitchen, or they've been instructed not to answer that question.

Every time I've been here, it's been Eh.What you're paying for vs. what you're getting does not match. The portions are small and quality is just OK. I could see getting the same meal the Pastabilities and getting double the portion for a few dollars less. Also, dining experience and level of menu knowledge at other restaurants in the area is much higher elsewhere - for the price you're paying. I want to love it, honestly.Reservations: Getting a reservation would be made a lot easier if they would open up an online option - it's a hassle to have to wait to speak with a human.Experience: We went at 5pm on a Saturday night. My sister and I both ordered salad entrees that were about $26. Mine came on a side bowl/plate and was an extremely small portion. We both ordered salmon and each piece of salmon was a different color. Mine was white/very light pink and my sisters was very pink and fresh looking. I almost mistook mine for chicken before cutting into it. Not the end of the world as I understand appearance can vary from fish to fish - just seemed a little 'fishy' (off).Service was OK - nothing to shake a stick at. Basic and nothing over the top.Ambiance was eh. There appeared to be Top 40's playing the entire time we were there, which was odd being it was a Saturday night.Overall, just Ok. I had a gift card that I actually forgot for this visit (gah!) so will probably just give it away or order take-out.

The Preserve is amazing! My wife took me here for my birthday and it exceeded all my expectations. I had the steak cobb salad and west end greens, my wife had philly nachos and strawberry salmon. It was delicious! The place is beautiful, the staff are amazing and I was very happy to dine at The Preserve. I will certainly be back, I plan to eat everything on the menu at least once. I highly recommend it!!

I called to make reservations for a party of 12 for the end of this week. Despite being told that the restaurant doesn't usually accommodate parties of that size, we were willing to split into two separate groups of 6 each and have separate reservations. I was told that they cannot guarantee we would be in the same dining room as that was fine for us as well. However, the manager, Kayleigh, was extremely rude during our conversation. She repeatedly interrupted me and accused me of rudeness, despite her own interruptions. I was simply trying to make reservations during an important religious month for my group. Kayleigh's belittling attitude and refusal to listen were unacceptable. As a previously loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment. Her insistence that we couldn't book separate reservations contradicted previous information from another staff member. I requested to speak with the owner, Doug, but Kayleigh initially refused to provide his name and later claimed he was unavailable without providing further details. Kayleigh's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. She could benefit from customer service training to improve her communication skills. This experience has left me outraged. Thanks, Kayleigh, for the disappointing interaction.
