I come here all the time. I never eat here. The attitude of people at this place suck. Including the blonde today cashing me out, gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes all because I chose to change my drink? Come on, you work in customer service. Get over it. Tim Hortons is the best. It doesn't matter on location, every one I've been to has had good food, good coffee and good service. That's across Michigan NY and Maine. Just wish there was more of them a little further down I'd go to a Tims over a Dunkin any day

What an absolute joke. Waited over 20 minutes for a bacon egg cheese bagel. Half the time there wasn't anyone up front. Asked for a refund or my sandwich, the guy gave me attitude. Said sandwich would be right up. Then multiple people who ordered after me got there breakfast sandwich orders first. My ride was tired of waiting and was leaving, I had to go. Didn't get my sandwich or a refund.

Tim’s has the best donuts! They are way better than anything you can get at Dunkin. Their coffee isn’t my favorite, but if you order it with caramel, it ends up being pretty good. I just can never get it sweetened enough. I really enjoyed the Vanilla Crème donut this time. The inside was filled with vanilla frosting, and it was simply delicious! I’ll always stop at Tim’s when I’m in Syracuse/Rochester! PSA: this location is inside of a Delta Sonic gas station, but it’s still a normal Tim Hortons with workers that make your drinks!
