We picked up a large sausage/mushroom pizza last night. The bottom crust was like paper. One couldn’t lift a piece without everything sliding off. We ended up just picking at the top and throwing the gummy base away. The sauce was made with too much black pepper. We like hot spicy food but this tasted like someone was just not paying attention. Twin trees has always been our favorite but I think it’s time to find a new spot.

We were seated and waited for a waitress to show up. After waiting for 10 minutes we decided to leave. They were not busy and as we were leaving, noticed the waitress and hostess just standing at the bar talking. Will never go back.

The owner is one of the most rude and unprofessional humans I've ever come in contact with, her mixed with the declining standard of the food itself made the experience terrible, I ordered the seafood platter and the clams were the literal size of a quarter I have a photo to prove it, plus I heard the owner yell and demean and essentially yell at a customer over a simple complaint. Im also far from the first person who has either witnessed or been the victim of her truly disgusting way of treating customer.

Just a great place to have lunch or supper.... Some of the best Italian food in the area....... A giant Chicken Caesar's salad half went home, a large serving of Lasagna, Fried clams with to helpings of French fries and plenty of bread all very very good.......Parking: No parking issues at all....

Twin Trees is one of my favorite Restaurants to visit when I'm in the Syracuse Area. Great Pizza, 50 Cent wings on Sundays for Football Season. Try one of Twin Trees Locations (Twin Trees Too My Favorite) you won't be disappointed..

Thank you twin trees 2. We celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday in the back room. Everybody had a great time! With 35 people, the room was full with plenty of space to move around. The hot buffet is a good choice at $25 plus tax and tip. Kudos to the cook, food was prepared and cooked excellent.Parking: Parking lot

Food was amazing tried the “gourmet pizza” for the first time. A bit pricey
First trip had thr chicken parmigiana and lemon ice, second trip the pizza, everything was perfect, tasted fresh and hand made, not some pre made frozen product.
