Wait was long, food was cold, fries were gross and nuggets were half burnt and tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in weeks. They also didn’t get our order right so we had to wait in line for another 20 mins since the sitting area was closed. By the time we got around, I wanted a refund for my order (we were more than willing to give our order back) but was told “Wendy’s doesn’t do refunds.” Waste of money, don’t eat here.

Stood around for 5 mins and no line just to place an order. We were acknowledge and saw a employee assisting another employee who was off the clock for 5mins.

This restaurant is the slowest, rudest, worst Wendys to go to. They will make you wait 30 min for your FAST FOOD!! Even though you ordered it off line and already waited 30 min. Then when you show up hurry and lock the door so you have to wait in the drive through to get it. Mean while they all are staring at you out the door laughing while you try and enter into the restaurant. Then when you wait in the drive through line the take one order let them go to the window leave the next person at the speaker waiting till the make and serve the first person. My advice avoid this Wendys at all cost!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! A order for $27 for them to forget the fries! Ordered two loaded baked potatoes and instead of them crumbling the bacon they just put strips on them. Line was long and took forever to get the food. Didn’t give the receipt. And sometimes they aren’t even open when they suppose to be. Lazy as staff. Was better off driving 10 minutes out to Camillus then to go to Them. Never again! And didn’t give no forks or spoon! I’m pregnant and taking care a child with Covid & the flu! So I didn’t cook. Thanks for nothing GET IT TOGETHERUpdate’ just bite my double bacon cheeseburger and it’s cold as hell! I live 6 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous I’m furious
