Ever since the other Wendy's started having staffing shortages and closing early, I've switched to this one. Sometimes they're understaffed as well, but the people working the drive through are always pretty nice.

It would be convenient to have consistent hours. Google says they’re open until 12 am, however that doesn’t seem to ever be the case. 03/18/2024 at 10 pm, all lights are off and can see works inside but they’re closed? Either stay consistent or fix the hours on google.

Coupons were expired by a few days. The employees were professional, but were afraid of backlash if they honored an old coupon. Does not speak well of corporate leadership.

The lady who answered the drive thru said "just a moment" and then left me sitting there for 17 minutes before I could tell her I was there to pick up a simple online delivery order.Then, they left me sitting at the drive thru window for another 38 minutes to prepare the order.I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the drive thru or inside the store. The lobby was closed.They spent NEARLY ONE HOUR preparing a simple delivery order, with NO CUSTOMERS present.Someone at the top of the chain please fix this place or shut it down.
Great Wendy's . They work their behinds off being understaffed as most fast food chains are. The employees work very hard and are pleasant . It's clean and stocked .
