Really nice service but the food was not good at all. I had the Pasta Alla Vodka. The Sauce had no flavor and the chicken was very dry and not enjoyable. Maybe I should try the pizza next time.

Took almost 90 minutes to get our pizza even though they told us it would be ready in 45 minutes. My husband waited almost 45 minutes in the store for it to be ready. After all of that, it wasn't very good. Soggy and heavy. Cheese was sliding off the pie. Wouldn't recommend or order from again.

Friendly, prices are good, place was clean, stopped in randomly after going to the pet shop wasn't disappointed at all! We were pleasantly surprised to see a Pepperoni Honey pie, something we see in the city but not usually up in Westchester. It just came out of the oven and it was delicious! I'm sure we'll be back for more! Definitely give this place a try!!!

My family has been to Pizza Italia numerous times. The pizza is “Best in Town” and the dinners are phenomenal. Great casual dining. Great place to get together with friends/family. We will be there again.

Terrible. Ordered 2 family dinners. With one, we ordered capellini with broccoli and garlic and oil. The pasta wasn't cooked. It was raw and stuck together. When I called the restaurant, I first asked the manager if he looks at the orders before they leave for delivery. After a long pause, he told me that he does. He said that capellini sometimes sticks. I told him that I know how to cook pasta. It just needs to be stirred. I told him that it wasn't cooked. He offered to send me a new order. He never even apologized. The rest of our order would be cold by the time we received it. I asked if that was the only solution he was offering. It was. I told him that I didn't want a new order, but that he should send someone to pick up the capellini, just so he could see that it was raw. He wouldn't. I hope my photos serve as a lesson in how not to cook and serve capellini. Also, the last time we ordered from them, they didn't send cannolis that we had ordered. Never again. Zero stars.
Called and placed an order. The person taking the order got it wrong. I called back after i got my food and told them that they made a mistake, got transferred to someone else, explained my issue, was placed on hold and then told that they checked with the person who took the order and that i made a mistake. They offered to charge me again and send a new order. I declined and insisted that the restaurant made a mistake; the person hung up on me at that point. To be fair, the food was good, but the service was atrocious. Will not do business here again.
