Just went to Dairy Queen recently and I'm disgusted with the service and sanitation that is going on here. To first start this off the worker were rude and nasty. They rolled their eyes and didn't even say hello. And to top it off I received my ice cream with the biggest longest largest butt pulled hair inside of it. As I took a bite I realized their was a hair in my mouth and i just keep pulling and pulling it was so long. Then I started barfing because I knew I was eating a hair. My barf reached to other customers outside and the workers didn't even flinch. When I finally got the hair out it was so long and curly which was the same hair one of the rude workers had.

Locations on Harlem in Cheektowaga and Niagara Falls Boulevard in Town of Tonawanda. Love their custard and Blizzards. Serve very good.

I placed my order online for two blizzards.Went there and there wasn't much room to park. Has a very small lot. The inside of this DQ is very small and can't fit very many people. The line was out the door for people waiting for their ice cream. They should have separate sections for those people who are picking up orders, and those were placing orders so those who are picking them up already paid for them don't have to wait long. The employees seemed nice, but I only had to interact with one who didn't say very much. They did have a nice selection though of ice cream cakes, boxes of buster bars, and dilly bars, etc. in the freezer to the left. Then you had to walk through a very narrow section to get to the exit door, where people were standing around in the aisle so it's hard to get through. They filled our blizzards up high, which it was very nice and they were pretty good .They have big, bright, menus up on the wall, which were very clear and easy to read. Much better than the ones that are outdoors.They really need to expand the inside and a bigger parking lot would be nice.All in all, it's a decent place. We got our blizzards and that's what we went there for so they served their purpose.

Every season, when they open, I stock up on dilly bars, very cramped building, don't come on cold or rainy days, you will be standing outside if there is a line
Horrible. I ordered a mnm blizzard. I received basically a milkshake. The ice cream was so runny. It was not a blizzard. I asked for a new blizzard to be made and was told no....plus the girl laughed at us. I will never go here again

The ice cream is great, but the woman laughed several times showing me how to redeem the $.85 blizzard on the app. It definitely felt like I was to dumb to understand the concepts and she was laughing at me. If the goal is to recruit new customers with a discount, being condescending hurts their business

The last 5 times I went here I order the same thing, a large strawberry sunday and my daughter a medium strawberry sundayAnd my large was the same size as the medium. The I got to the Dairy Queen on the Blvd and Harrison and get on and it’s twiceThe size. The pic is the Dairy Queen in the Blvd. If I go to Brighton ever again I’ll lost that picture just ridiculous owner must be making a killing.

I really love coming to this location, the workers are very nice and understanding. I got a Girl Scout thin mint blizzard and there was green food coloring in the top half of my blizzard and the bottom was just ice cream. They spend so much time mixing it but it never mixes well.
