I ordered burgers from this location it was my first time ordering ONLINE !I usually order in the falls I was shocked when I opened the boxes for my family to a slider that wasent two bites should be more description when ordering online about a mini vs regular sized version !! Plus’s the online menu price difference from what the falls locations prices !! food tasted awesome but was very disappointed with THE OPTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERING

The staff here is VERY friendly in a culture and time where people are so distant and inhospitable, they made us feel welcome right away and explained how the ordering experience works here which was pretty straight forward. With tons of options here there’s really something here for everyone, that being said I had the Mac Daddy burger which was great if your a Buffalo wing dip fan. Just a bit much for me today but could totally see myself ordering it again when I crave Mac and cheese. I’d be happy to come back especially with how nice the staff was. The price was a bit above average but I was okay with that given the service was very good and the food portions are fair.

Waited over a half hour for burger and there were only two other people in restaurant. No one coming in for takeout. When burger came it was wrong. Has sauce and cheese I didn’t order. Waited another 25 minutes for them to fix it. Never got what I ordered. Wanted stuffed with goat cheese. Goat cheese was placed on top no onions. We paid ten dollars for a dry burger and 6 onion rings. Over priced. Don’t waste your money. Person behind counter was rude said we ordered something else. We ordered off build your own. Burger was dry. Over cooked. Will not be back. Horrible experience,

Restaurant staff were fast and friendly. Food was fantastic. My burger was cooked perfectly. Fries were seasoned to my liking. Dessert egg rolls were a decadent finish after a tasty burger. Innovative menu items make Rock Burger above and beyond your basic burger joint. 10 out of 10.

I was craving a juicy burger but that didn't happen. I went for lunch and it took forever to get my food. The lady working there apologized and she said she gave me a few extra fries. The roll seemed stale and the burger was well done and not worth the price.Parking: Plenty of parking

My son and I stopped for lunch today and it was really good. Friendly young man took our order at the counter & explained the menu to us as it was our first time there. Very clean, comfortable, lovely little restaurant. The owner Nick came right over to our table & introduced himself, very nice guy. We just had the classic burgers,fries & some onion rings. Fast. friendly service & it all was hot & fresh & we really liked the rock sauce on the burgers. Definately will go back to try differant burgers, there are so many options on the menu it's kinda hard to choose!

Date nite tonight was delicious! I had "The Macaroni Trolley" and my boyfriend had "The Rainbow Mushroom", and we split Honey Sriracha wings. Alllllllll were good. Our order came out quick and hot, and the drinks were ice cold. Ambiance.. upbeat and fun, constant flow of people. Making another trip back for sure!
