Service here is great! Always checking up on us to make sure we’re good. Food came out promptly.Food is great here. Amazing fish to rice ration on nigiri, rolls, everything. I would drive out to buffalo just for the food. $16.99 lunch buffet is extremely reasonable, the quality is great and this was probably the first AYCE place i came to and didnt get food poisoning.Crab rangoons were my absolute favorite. Probably the best I’ve had honestly. Hibachi steak was delicious, miso soup was hot, generous with wasabi & ginger. Orchard roll was probably my favorite as well as the Queen roll. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Very good!. Three of us did the all you can eat. Tried several things and loved them all. Hibachi chicken was a little salty. Very nice that they have gluten-free soy sauce and the server was helpful with informing what items are gluten free. It would be even nicer if the menu was marked "GF" or "can be made GF". Helps a lot!

Sushi Queen is normally my go-to sushi restaurant because the sushi is amazing considering the price and that it is all you can eat. HOWEVER, today, I was served by Stan, and immediately got the vibe that he did not want to be here. It truly felt as if I was being served by an angsty, moody teen. I asked for more ginger multiple times by 2 different waiters and did not get it until I had to stop Stan for the 3rd time again. Normally the waiters at this location routinely check up on us if our meal was good or if we wanted anything else but it felt as if I had to catch Stan to get an order. Besides the sushi, the ice cream for dessert is one of the things I look forward to the most before leaving and Stan immediately said no icecream. The way he said it implied that he was too lazy to go get it for us. I would have been more understanding if he worded it more apologetically, but overall the service I received today actually irritated me. Normally I leave at least 10% tip even if service was subpar, but I actually refused to give any tip which I hope speaks for itself.

The waiter was not very good. When I asked for a second serving of pepper tuna he said they did not have any when I saw other people getting some. The fried rice was bad and the hibachi sauce was way too salty. They also go our drink order wrong. The only good thing about this place in comparison to saika sushi is that the sushi comes with less rice and the rolls are smaller.

Went in for the 1st time today with my MIL and teenage son. There is clearly an unorganized operation going on at Sushi Queen. We all ordered starters... my MIL and son got theirs right away. I sat there with no food at all. About 25 minutes later, the waitress came to our table and asked if we wanted to order more. I explained that I never got my order, she brushed it off, like she could careless, and then asked if i wanted to order something else in the meantime, so I ordered a sushi roll. That took a while to come out. It wasn't until almost an hour later that my first order came out, and it wasn't even what I ordered. Then, other servers kept coming to our table with food we never ordered and, at one point, insisted we take something we never ordered. Very Weird.I prefer my sushi cold, and what we got was almost room temp sushi, a little off-putting. The sweetened iced tea tasted as though there was half a cup of sugar in it. It was way too sweet.When the check came out the waitress actually stood over my MIL as she filled out the receipt/tip portion, then she mumbled something and then walked off almost pi$$ed off. My MIL was like, what the heck was that?? I said, I guess you didn't leave her a big enough tip or something. That was our first time experiencing that.
The sushi was fresh and delicious. Usually all you can eat places have dried out food but this place has high quality ingredients and care. My only suggestion to them is to get better quality chopsticksEta: went again today, they've gotten better chopsticks!Eta 2: My daughter turned 11 recently which means she's now charged as an adult. Today I paid $15.99 plus tax for one sushi roll. I wasn't happy seeing that on the bill. ?

Took my wife for her b-day lunch and I invited my daughter and grandson.
The food was outstanding. Made fresh and it was delicious.
The servers were great, took special attention to my grandson and to me being handicapped.
If you love sushi, this is the place to go. We'll be back for sure.
