I am very angry with the receptionist and the staff that receives at the entrance. The receptionist was a very racist woman, we booked at 5 in the afternoon and at 7:20 in the afternoon they did not give us a table after waiting for more than 2 hours. She looked at us, probably because we were not white, and finally she told us I had no idea what time the restaruant would have a table while there were families with more than 6 people and they were given a table. I hope that the owners of the Texas RD House read my comment ?

We got dissed at Dennys and walked out to call ahead for seating at Texas roadhouse.Love the call and wait feature. Chicken fried chicken bloomin cactus flower onion deals the fresh baked rolls very attentive host & wait staff.Great experience! Xoxoxcellent

The person who served us was excellent! Ryan excellent customer service!! They told us they would call us in 1 hour, they called us before, the service was fast!!! And the food was good, the only thing was that the Mac n cheese was damaged and sour...but since it wasn't the only thing we ordered we let it go but please fix that!
It was a long wait but well worth it. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we were happy. BTW, we each had our own 16 ounce sirloin and it was the best steak we had, had in quite awhile. Thank you.

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Tonawanda, NY for my nephews birthday. Our waitress was Alicia and she was absolutely amazing. They were very busy tonight and anytime she walked by she always made sure to ask if we need anything. She absolutely has the best customer service than any other restaurant i have visited. She definitely deserves a huge recognition! Way to go Alicia and thank you for your amazing service!
