I go here every day and wish I worked closer to any other tim hortons . There is 1 girl that works here that is good at her job. The rest are the worst . They don't stir the coffee . You go to the drive thru and there's 2 lanes they take the other lane like 3 times before they get to the other lane. Just incompetence all around . And you might be here for 30 min. Waiting on a coffee

Very ignorant store owners… can’t even take an order or read it back properly you need to manage your property better and teach them the proper way to read back orders, MAKE THEM PROPERLY and god forbid tell them to be NICE to the customers. Very ignorant won’t be coming back and if I do. They’ll be wearing the drink.

This location DOES NOT DO DOORDASH— also never puts sweetener in their “sweet tea” & I’ve even had some “sweet tea” that had the most FOUL taste I’ve ever experienced , the ciabatta rolls ARE HARD , inedible . The coffee at times is very bitter .

The young lady at the window gave us the wrong order and then said "too bad it's already in the carrier". We asked for no carrier before she put them in. We've been coming here twice a day since they added this location. Never again. Unprofessional and rude. It wasn't even worth having them correct it.

This place is terrible. Workers are so slow they’re only capable of making one order at a time in the drive through. It’s embarrassing these workers are making however high minimum wage is these days.

Went to this location around 11pm on a Friday night for a sandwich. Tried to get a steak egg and cheese on a croissant to which the employee said "NA, We ain't got steak on overnights." We continued to try and get other items instead of steak to which the employee kept saying "NA" he seemed very rude so we literally put the truck in reverse and went to McDonald's to get what tim Hortons couldn't make for us. Would be 0 stars if it was possible. Avoid this location if you can.
Waited for almost 10 minutes before someone had enough sense to stop talking and screwing around to take customer orders... when they finally took my order the moved with the speed of molasses in Januray... to say the service was sub-par is a gross understatement. Only reason I stopped at this location was because it was on my way that day....never again...I'll go without before stopping here again.

This Tim hortons has been nothing but a disappointment these past few year. I only ever order 2 drinks at a time in drive threw and it's always wrong or the coffee is old and has a burnt taste to it. But now the ice tea looks like the container they use for the ice tea hasn't been clean in forever or someone spit in my drink. I almost threw up after seeing I drank almost half of it before I dumped the rest out to see what was in my drink.

Another location I would definitely avoid. They refuse to do any type of tea latte.... like they don't steam milk! Despite the Dual drive-thru setup they only utilize one at a time resulting in still the same slowed down as a regular drive thru. There are much better Tim Hortons.
