I went inside and only one person was taking orders at the counter. After waiting for a few mins I order a medium churro latte. This is what I got... If I wanted a small I would have ordered a small and paid less. This place sucks.

A company that is well known for its coffee, donuts, and fresh bakery products, but when I passed this branch, I found that its doors were closed except for car service.

Unfortunately this location is still in a pandemic mode, to go only, restrooms are not allowed to be used, no seating, not allowed to use men's room even when making a purchase like most stores will tell you. It's Troy and there are a lot of homeless, bums, people on drugs, criminals in this city so that is probably the reason this Dunkin is so bad!

The worker at the counter very much wanted to be anywhere but work. They keep the drink cooler locked but half full of drinks with no note on it saying it is locked and that they keep drinks behind the counter. I should have gone to the other location.

I really don't understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I moved to the area last fall and since this Dunkin is in walking distance, my husband and I stop by all the time. When we order ahead, 9 times out of 10 it's ready by the time I get there. And when it's not, the wait is never long. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of day/week it is- I tend to grab coffee whenever it strikes me so sometimes it's the morning, sometimes the evening.Unfortunately there are times when items are out of stock despite the app allowing orders to go through. This isn't the staff's fault at all and they always offer alternatives. The restaurant is clean and well kept- just last week or so contractors came to remove the remnants of prior seating. And while the bathrooms being staff-only is inconvenient, I can absolutely understand why this is. For better of for worse, we live in a city. Yes, there are homeless. I don't blame the staff for not wanting to clean up after disasters in the restroom. I've had to wait a couple minutes in the lobby a few times to meet people and I've never been kicked out or yelled at.I haven't had a problem coming here. Out of all the Dunkins I used to visit out of state, etc, they're consistently the only location that makes my coffee exactly the way I like it.

There weren't any seats to sit and eat or drink so we had to order and leave. Other then the seating everything was regular like any other DD spot.

I just want to give a Happy Holiday Shout out to MaryJo, the Mrs.Claus of Congress Street Dunkin. She was the sweetest and filled with so much holiday cheer. Thank you MaryJo for making my morning bright ?

I will be filing a complaint under the Americans with disabilities act as this establishment refused to let me use the bathroom even though I had a doctors note detailing why I need to use the bathroom.

Don’t go here! Workers are high as a kite!!! This company should be ashamed.Horrible service12 minute wait for them to pour 2 coffees and ordered a muffin at the window and again reminded worker at the next window (because he forgot) and still never got the muffin !!! … paid upfront so paid for something we never got …

This location should be drive in only. They ripped up the seats to discourage loitering apparently but as a paying customer it should have been OK to stand and drink my hot chocolate for a few minutes. I was told to leave. I will not return.

I ordered online.. when i arrived my order wasn't ready, so i waited for it a while. And then i didn't checked it there not knowing that i was given the wrong donut for my child. There was no place to sit, see the picture.I didn't feel safe there because of all of the homeless wondering in and around the place. I have nothing against them, i pray God to help them, but being alone with my little child wasn't confortable.

Food and service was good but people, pay attention to the orders please! There is a reason why lactose intolerant people ask for non dairy milk....so they don't suffer from the pain that comes after! I asked for non dairy in my drink, oat milk specifically and and I get dairy in it, but mislabeled "oat milk" on the order tag. Terrible!!
