Nasty attitude and frozen food that’s supposed to be hot is what they gave me

Went through drive thru. They gave us the wrong sandwich and refused to give us the correct sandwich because “you already started eating it.” I argued about this, employee brought manager over. Manager agreed with the employee and proceeded to yell at me until I gave up and left. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

A very nice place for a quick coffee and some dunks. The Donuts are great, and their hazelnut coffee mixed with other nutty flavours is even nuttier and smells good. You will love it.Nice ambience and good staff. Seating is minimalist but works. They have good tea too with what I felt was a 'Dunkin Donut Signature Tea Bag'.

I came here and ordered three croissants when I asked her if everything was in the bag the lady said she didn't know and I had to check so I checked the bag one of my sandwiches was she then proceeded to make another sandwich and gave me a a burnt this is by far the worst $28 I've ever

Waited in the line for 14 minutes to be told that I have to come inside to get my things… IF I COULD HAVE GONE INSIDE I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!!!

(When I can afford it) When I cannot, the staff here are always so kind, always get my order right and always try to make sure I'm getting the best value for my dollar. I may be biased, but I do happen to have favorites. :) Thank you Amy for remembering my order and always serving it with a smile and giving me one for myself! (A smile that is)Thank you for always going above and beyond for me.Parking: Nice parking lot on the side. Easy to access.
