We were barhopping with friends. A friend had gotten a souvenir glass from another bar. A female employee ripped the souvenir glass out of our friend’s hand and then told us to leave and had an attitude. We literally had zero interaction and had *just* walked in.

Great spot, good drinks for decent price! Bartender was a sweetheart. We also did karaoke for $100/hr which seemed a little steep since it was only 5 of us, but it was one of our birthdays so we did it. But still seemed a little high in price. But overall, we had a good time, really cool spot, great decor and overall very friendly staff!

Heidi and the Franklin Alley staff catered our wedding and they did a phenomenal job. We had easy communications with Heidi leading up to the event and everything went smoothly day-of. They arrived on time, prepared excellent cocktails, accommodating our special requests, and kept our guests happy all night! They were courteous and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I had the welcome party for our Oct. '22 wedding at Franklin Alley and I can't speak more highly of the owners and staff there. It was perfect. Heidi and Frank were so wonderful to work with; they put a quote together for us, worked with us on all the details and menu options, and saw the event through to perfection - including helping out with all of our welcome bags. All of our guests had an amazing time!Word of advice for those buying out the place: learn from our biggest regret. We booked the entire venue for three hours: 6-9PM. That included the shuffleboard and bocce courts, the bar, the arcade games, and the KARAOKE ROOM. My wife, myself, and all of our friends are BIG karaoke fans...but I neglected to book the karaoke room beyond those three hours so we had to split at 9PM because it had been booked up for the rest of the night. So if you feel like you and your party can go all night, plan ahead!Franklin Alley is a fun and magical place and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will be sure to visit whenever we're in Troy.

Such a cool place! Arcade games, shuffle board, bocce, great atmosphere. If you want to seem cool, bring out-of-towners or dates here.

It's a bar. Thursday, 5 dollar margaritas in Troy. They close early, at like 12: 30 AM.

Been coming here for years and it is always amazing. They have more vegan flavors now! We went at least three times this trip. Won't disappoint !

I'd love to tell you about the food but we sat at the bar for 20 min while the bartender waited on every party that came up to the left and right of us. We finally left apparently as women in our 40s we didn't fit the bartenders demographic. To bad for her as we also work in the service industry and we treat our servers really well. We ended up at bootleggers received great service and had a very good meal.

Appears to be permanently closed. Not open on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm. I'd suggest calling before going.

Really cool vibe with all the games. The drinks are also well priced and taste great.
