Given that gold stars have been given as a reward for as long as I remember let me just say "and i cannot stress this enough" that the only reason this place is even getting 1 is because i have to in order to leave a review. With that said this was a horrible experience I had tonight first the person taking my order had a attitude right from the start of my order. That should have been the moment I called another pizza place. Then I get home and the boneless wings are dry and over cooked with no flavor to the sauce. At first i thought they were BBQ instead of mild with how dark they were.the pizza was soggy and was not what I wanted. I'm upset with my self for not being the one to pick it up has I would have said this was not what I ordered. I use to love this place but I won't be back one bad experience is enough for me not to return.

You place an order at 5:40 and they say it will be 45 minutes to an hour…at 7:15 you still don’t have your food (salad, baked ziti and an order of wings)…you call and they say we are behind with deliveries and the driver has 6 stops…you cancel order and ask for a refund and yet they don’t say we are so sorry, will refund the order but we will still deliver the food…very disappointed especially when you are a loyal customer who order there locally all the time…I guess the employees got to eat well/free to ight

First order resulted in it being my last order. Ordered a calzone with ham, garbage bread with sausage and onions, and a slice of pizza. The dough in the calzone was dense and soggy. It may have been 3/4” tall. Same with the garbage bread whose dough was thin and almost transparent from the grease. Awful. The pizza slice turned out to be two square slices which resembled reheated frozen pizza. Not sure how they’ve become so popular but nothing we ate last night resembled a product from a NY pizzeria.They also got the order wrong on the garbage bread. They discounted our cost due to the error. Not a deal breaker but just another indicator.Sorry to discredit a family business but I can’t recommend it.
Best place to go for service, very pleasant staff. The YOUNG ladies on the front counter are aware of all there customers!!! Jimmy's has the best by far wings, pasta meal and any variety of pizza your looking for.Jimmy's is number #1 in our family we order for home and to cater for any event we have plaind. Gross!!!! Wings there was still feathers in pieces, still 3 rd appendage so they were whole cut up wings I asked for crispy with extra sauce on outside they were soft, mushy barely and sauce, some were very miscut and sized, disgusting some tasted rank gave them away, still sitting on stomach from last night for 2 greasy nasty ones I
