Really good brunch spot with excellent variety of options for everyone!Really enjoyed the breakfast hash and the waffle was one of the best we’ve ever had. Next time, we’ll definitely try one of the smoothies. Great place to start the day.

I’ve been a customer of Liza’s since she had a small shop on Broadway some years ago. I can consistently rely on Liza’s for delicious, gluten free, fresh, healthy food. A few favorites are the butternut squash bowl, big Betty breakfast sandwich, bagel and cream cheese and any of the smoothies. I also look forward to the creative specials, especially those that include chorizo ?

Hands down the best place in the area to get brunch. You get what you pay for with high quality food with quality ingredients from an owner that cares. The ambience is a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone

It is SO hard to find places with truly clean quality ingredients. Thank you for that! A local treasure for sure.

I have Celiac Disease. After I ate there I was sick with the typical symptom from gluten. I tested my leftovers from that visit with my Nima tester and there was a cross contamination reaction line in my tester. The food tasted great and I’m so disappointed it’s not a safe place for Celiacs to eat.

One of my favorite eateries in Troy, and I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I have dairy and gluten sensitivities, and I love that I don't have to dissect the menu at Liza's looking for what I can eat. Everything is delicious, I love the cold brew with cashew milk (my go-to). Some may think it's a little bit on the pricier side, but it is a small business and I know how much GF and DF friendly food costs, so I don't mind. My husband who has no food sensitivities really likes the food here as well. I enjoyed my Friday breakfast bowl this morning :), thanks!!

Best breakfast spot in Troy! Sandwich and Cold Brew were both outstanding. An automatic stop when passing through town!

I swear on my life, the Big Betty on a waffle is the best breakfast sandwich in town.

I work just a few doors down and the cucumber avocado toast is to die for. So good, especially with the little fried garlic pieces. Love it. This place is great if you need a bite in Troy during the day and want something different than the normal heavy sandwich.
