Fell across this Secret of Troy & Diamond in the Rough, hidden in the most secluded of places (next to a gun range, seriously!!!) and found food that is till dancing in my mouth hours later!!If you like food that is cooked by someone with love, care, and passion, you'd be sadly mistaken to miss out on this treasure while it's still open this year (before the snow). Jude is not that bad a cook either....LOL!Make the trip and effort to find this and you'll never be disappointed.- Disclaimer: Jude paid me $100 to write this review....Just Kidding! Seriously, visit this place and you'll never stop visiting for more. They treat customers very well!!

Sorry for the after picture, couldn't wait to dive in. Best j*** chicken with perfect amount of heat I've had in the capital region. Chef came out, shook some hands and kissed some babies. That shows you how passionate he is in his food and it shows in his cooking! Dont miss out!

Great selection of foods, reasonable prices and the food is AH MAZ ING. The mixture of spices on the meats are like no other. The Mac N Cheese has that Caribbean zing. My personal favorite the Cuban!

This place is a hidden gem. Passed by a nondescript sign yesterday on the side of Hoosic. Decided to check it out for lunch today and came away amazed. Super friendly workers, authentic flavors and excellent value. Will be going back to try more menu items. If I have anything negative to say it's the bizarre location. You go up a driveway for a shooting range and it's located in the lot right next to the building. I'm not a gun guy and don't really get gun culture so it made me little uncomfortable being around that environment. And I can't imagine the people who frequent a gun range would be pleased about a black Haitian immigrant setting up there. But his food is so good that maybe, just maybe, they go against the preconceived stereotypes. I wish this place nothing but success and safety. You won't be disappointed.
Just had lunch from the Range Caribbean Fusion, for the first time! It will certainly not be the last time! Food was excellent! Prices very reasonable!?

Chef Jude and his team did an incredible job catering our employee event today. I cannot recommend them enough! Everything was plentiful, hot and delicious, right down to the children's options. We can't wait to visit the food truck in Brunswick, bravo chef!
