Why did I get honey mustard for my buffalo chicken salad when it comes with blue cheese. Ruined my entire meal…

Love recovery. These restaurants are always consistent no matter which location you go to. I was sad that the Malta location had closed down but glad we still have a couple left. Highly recommend this spot to grab some good sports grill kind of food. Service has always been friendly in my opinion. Also like their ambiance, very appropriate for the sports theme. We come to Recovery sometimes to watch games we can't get home and always grab a bite to eat when here.

Came with some buddies to watch a game, already with low expectations of a franchise bar. But are server gave us a hard time about changing the stations meanwhile he forgot about half the drinks we ordered and the table next to us had the same issue. The manager passive aggressively asked if we were all set then rolled her eyes at us. To top it off we saw a girl sip a tables drink to see what it was and then deliver it to the table. Safe to say I will never come to another recovery room.

We're up in Troy, NY for a meeting for the fire service conference. At the Hilton Garden Inn, there is a Sports restaurant, called the Recovery Sports Grill. We were pleasantly surprised with the choice of appetizers and entrees on their menu. Our group of six just arrived and we wanted some quick food and a couple of drinks. The waitress greeted us with a smile and was friendly. We started with some wings with some medium hot sauce, taco salad platter, and some mozzarella sticks. They were served hot and were delicious. We ordered some beer and that hit the spot after a long drive from Long Island. After an hour some of us ordered some hamburgers and fries. They were prepared to our preferences and were served hot. They were excellent. We sat and talked and our waitress did not rush us at all. We were there for almost 4 hours eating and drinking. As this was a sports grill, so there were several sports channels playing on big screens sound the bar and restaurant. The restaurant was busy but the noise level was not loud, so we had no problem hearing everyone at the table. This was an entertaining experience and was actually what you would expect from a sports grill. I would recommend the Recovery Sports Grill if you are in the Troy and/or the Capitol area. The food, wait service and atmosphere was great. Enjoy your friends and family at this restaurant. Safe travels and enjoy good food! All the best to you and yours.

I am legit confused by the low reviews. We were staying here one evening and needed a bite to eat and so wandered into this restaurant/bar adjoining the hotel. Ok first of all they were in the middle of an active eSports tournament which took up half the screens. What with my lack of interest in sportball, this made the whole evening a whole lot more interesting. Service was quick - we were seated promptly, provided menus, advice, and coached towards what turned out to be some excellent choices in wings and other apps. Perhaps it was timing, but the place wasn't crowded when we got there. Lots of empty seating - though as the evening progressed it did start to fill up. I think at one point the ... women's field hockey or volleyball team showed up. Given the deals on food that night, having college students show up totally made sense. All in all we had good food, a good time, and definitely would come back.

Our bartender/server was great. She was busy, yet attentive, funny, and engaging.
