I've been going to Snowman for many, many years. The ice cream there is the best. It's creamy, fresh and always served with a smile. I highly recommend giving Snowman's a try.

Fair price and good portion sizes, however the lines were incredibly long and felt like they weren’t moving for long periods of time. We waited an hour for our ice cream and I’m not sure it was worth the wait.

Tried Snowman for the first time and it won't be my last. The coffee ice cream actually tastes like coffee....who would have thought. Many flavors.... excellent taste and reasonable. Great spot for your ice cream desires!!!
Delicious, quick, and satisfying.When there’s a line, it’s a good sign. Snowman had one stretching to the sidewalk and while the wait was not long I quickly understood the reasons one existed. First, they’ve got a ton of fun flavors to choose from and then a whole bunch of ways to mix, match, dip, and stack ‘em! Second, it’s a creamy delight of wonderfulness that meets your mouth in every bite!Yummy!!

I had the Hot Fudge Royal with hard scooped vanilla ice cream. It is now served in a bowl. Years ago it was served in a tall cup! So yummy! Snowman icecream is an iconic place. My dad worked there as a young man for Tully. I live in New Jersey now and was in the area for a family wedding. Just had to stop and enjoy the ice cream and relive some old memories!!

We stopped in at The Snowman as they wrapped up their 2023 Season. A satisfying 2 scoops, in a cup, of Chocolate Chip ice cream to enjoy immediately, and a Quart to go. It was a tasty goodbye to the Summer of 2023. And, no, 1 Quart isn't enough to bridge the winter, but we will try to ration it out sparingly. Thank you to The Snowman and the Staff of 2023.

I love this place the ice cream is the best in Troy ny I don’t eat ice cream unless it comes from snowman’s they have great costumers service I just love this place so much if this place ever closes forever I will kill myself and I am not lying if u are thinking of coming here stop thinking and just come now.? ?????

Snowman seems to be adding new flavors all the time. Like paper and hair. A month ago I tried their banana ice cream and started to enjoy the first bite only to find out that I had a piece of paper in my mouth. That being said I just went about my business without saying anything. One month later went back to try pumpkin pie flavor and got another add in. It was hair this time in my wife’s ice cream. This time I told her to go tell the 15 year olds working that she had hair as a prize in her ice cream and what a joy we were given more of the same ice cream. Well I suppose we will stick to Stewart’s for our ice cream experience all year long even in the summer. They don’t add extra things to pull out
